dc.description	In this case study, information has been obtained on the subject: Management of the Digital Archive and its Contribution in Labor Processes, which used the interview technique using the closed and structured question survey tools focused on the management system Existing archival to achieve management aimed at officials and managers, one of the advantages, are oriented to the objective on them. In the same way, the changes they produce are specified on the problem, on the other hand they have knowledge that in remote times the file management of all the existing resources in the company in order to generate updated and truthful information, of the same way to meet the needs and stay in the market of the city of Vinces and sustainability and credibility of the company based on the factors generated by an archiving system, which is of quality and warmth, opting for the labor processes of the Vinces GAD. This case study is concluded by applying the general objective; establishing an archival management system to be used in a positive and affirmative manner for the officials and managers of said institution and in this way it is recommended that subordinates execute information requesting through a file management model to process the product required for the institution promoting job stability of the institution's employees	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	En el presente estudio de caso se ha obtenido información sobre el tema: Gestión del Archivo Digital y su Contribución en los Procesos Laborales, el cual se empleó la técnica de entrevista utilizando las herramientas de encuesta de preguntas cerradas y estructuradas enfocada en el sistema de gestión archivístico existente para lograr el manejo encaminado a los funcionarios y directivos, una de las ventajas, están orientadas al objetivo sobre las mismas. De la misma manera, se especifica sobre la problemática los cambios que producen, por otro lado se tienen conocimiento que en épocas remotas la gestión de archivo de todos los recursos existentes en la empresa con el fin de generar información actualizada y veraz, de la misma manera cumplir con las necesidades y mantenerse en el mercado de la ciudad de Vinces y sostenibilidad y credibilidad de la empresa basados en los factores que genere un sistema de archivo, que sea de calidad y calidez, optando por los procesos laborales del GAD de Vinces. Este estudio de caso se concluye aplicando el objetivo general; estableciendo un sistema de gestión archivístico para que sea utilizado de manera positiva y afirmativa para los funcionarios y directivos de dicha institución y de tal manera se recomienda a los subordinados que ejecuten información solicitando mediante un modelo de gestión de archivo para procesar el producto requerido para la institución fomentando la estabilidad laboral de los empleados de la institución	es_ES
