dc.description	The case study called “infrastructure and influx of visitors at the La Chorrera tourist complex in Balsapamba parish, San Miguel canton, Bolívar Province, allowed us to assess the importance of tourist infrastructure in the attractiveness and the way in which it influences those who visit The case study shows that infrastructure allows tourism development worldwide. For this case study, information was collected, various methods were used, techniques that contributed and facilitated the collection of important or relevant data, together with surveys, conducted to the owner of the tourist complex "La Chorrera" and the main political authority of the parish . Improvements in the infrastructure of the Tourist Complex are recommended to encourage the influx of visitors, and the socio-economic development of Balsapamba Parish	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El estudio de caso denominado “infraestructura y afluencia de visitantes en el complejo turístico La Chorrera en la parroquia Balsapamba, cantón San Miguel, Provincia Bolívar, permitió evaluar la importancia de la infraestructura turística en el atractivo y la manera en cómo influye en quienes los visitan. El estudio de caso da a notar que la infraestructura permite el desarrollo turístico a nivel mundial. Para este estudio de caso se recolecto información, se utilizó diversos métodos, técnicas que aportaron y facilitaron la recopilación de datos importantes o de relevancia, junto con encuestas, realizadas al propietario del complejo turístico “La Chorrera” y a la autoridad política principal de la parroquia. Se recomienda mejoras en la infraestructura del Complejo Turístico para incentivar la afluencia de visitantes, y el desarrollo socioeconómico de la Parroquia Balsapamba	es_ES
