dc.description	The present case study has as its theme: “psychoeducation and its therapeutic contribution in the social reintegration of a patient, precisely with the aim of knowing the therapeutic contribution that psychoeducation gives in the social reintegration of an addict to society and in turn the diagnostic evaluation strategies and psychotherapeutic intervention focused mainly on cognitive behavioral and systemic psychotherapeutic models. The person participating and the main beneficiary of this research work turned out to be a patient treated in the CETAD Shelter House "Alma de Guerrero" of the Parish San Juan, and in turn their relatives or environment, who were ready to collaborate with the therapist and participate in the different stages of the therapeutic process. For the diagnostic assessment of the case, additional observation sheets, medical records, clinical interviews, tests were used to evaluate the indices of anxiety and underlying depression as well as to assess the affinity for alcohol and other drugs, after which the therapeutic scheme was planned with which he formulated a therapeutic scheme with a focus on cognitive-behavioral techniques, aimed at improving the emotional-emotional area, as well as in the patient's social relationships, which produced significant and favorable changes for his recovery process	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El presente estudio de caso tiene por tema: “psicoeducacion y su aporte terapéutico en la reinserción social de un paciente, precisamente con el objetivo de conocer el aporte terapéutico que da la psicoeducación en la reinserción social de un adicto a la sociedad y a su vez las estrategias de evaluación diagnostica e intervención psicoterapéutica enfocada principalmente en los modelos psicoterapéuticos cognitivo conductual y sistémico. La persona participe y principal beneficiado del presente trabajo investigativo resulto ser un pacientes atendidos en el CETAD Casa de Acogida “Alma de Guerrero” de la Parroquia San Juan, y a su vez sus familiares u entorno, quienes estuvieron presto a colaborar con la terapeuta y a participar en las diferentes etapas del proceso terapéutico. Para la valoración diagnostica del caso se recurrió adicional a fichas de observación , historia clínica, entrevistas clínicas ,test para evaluar los índices de ansiedad y depresión subyacente así como para valorar la afinidad al alcohol y otras drogas, posterior a este se planifico el esquema terapéutico con el cual formuló un esquema terapéutico con enfoque en técnicas cognitivos- conductuales, encaminadas a mejorar el área afectiva-emocional, así como en las relaciones sociales del paciente las que produjeron cambios significativos y favorables para su proceso de recuperación	es_ES
