dc.description	The current research focuses on the insufficient participation of the institutional environment by teachers and directors of the School of Basic Education "Carlos Ricardo Sojo León" Canto La Mana province of Cotopaxi, the same that affects personal relationships in the educational community. In the present investigation the causes that influence the problem are analyzed, in order to determine how they influence the institutional environment in the significant learning in the students it is necessary to promote adequate links through strategies that promote the development of the individuals and can improve the school performance, based on the innovative process contributing to the development of the institution. The investigative modality was carried out directly in the field through observation, the surveys that were carried out to the students and teachers contributed to a descriptive investigation, the situation of the problem has been known, reason why it is recommended to give talks and seminars that help to advance the environment of the institution. The research work helps in the educational tasks as well as the adequate techniques in the development of the learning, constituting a technical framework, in the teaching process, benefiting the knowledge of the students establishing that cognitive structure that corresponds with the new information for the educative community. Methodologically, this study centralized its definition in representative research methods, qualitative-quantitative field, waiting for you to be a critical this participation and in turn the beneficiary of the ideas proposed in it. dc.description.abstract	La actual investigación se enfoca en la insuficiente participación del ambiente institucional por parte de los docentes y directivos de la Escuela de Educación Básica “Carlos Ricardo Sojo León” del Canto La Mana provincia de Cotopaxi, la misma que afecta las relaciones personales en la comunidad educativa. En la presente investigación se analizan las causas que influye el problema del ambiente institucional, para establecer ¿Cómo inciden el ambiente institucional en el aprendizaje significativo en los estudiantes? es preciso potenciar enlaces apropiado mediante estrategias que promuevan el desarrollo de los docentes y logre mejorar el rendimiento escolar, basado en el proceso innovador contribuyendo al desarrollo de la institución. La modalidad investigativa se efectuó directo en el lugar de campo a través de la observación, las encuestas que se efectuó a los estudiantes y docentes ayudaron a una investigación descriptiva, se ha logrado conocer la situación del problema, razón que se recomienda impartir seminarios que contribuyan a progresar el ambiente de la institución. El trabajo de investigación favorecerá las labores educativas así como las técnicas adecuadas en el avance del aprendizaje, formando en sistema técnico en el proceso de enseñanza, beneficiando el conocimiento de los estudiantes implementando dicha estructura cognitiva que concierna con nueva información en la comunidad educativa. Metodológicamente, el presente estudio agrupa los métodos de investigación representativa, de campo cualitativa-cuantitativo, estableciendo esta participación y a su vez beneficiario de las propuestas en la institución.
