dc.description	The present case study was conducted in the Guare and Isla de Bejucal rural parishes of Baba Canton. Today the beautiful and noble city of Baba, has a great variety of ancestral culture, which, with the passage of time is being left behind and it is considered important and necessary to rescue those values. The objective of the present case study is to analyze the hotel plant and the tourism infrastructure of the rural parishes of Baba Canton. For the analysis of the hotel plant and tourism infrastructure of the rural parishes of Baba Canton, a qualitative research approach was used, information from secondary sources was reviewed, as well as information from primary sources in Guare and Isla de Bejucal parishes through chips. Finally, a SWOT analysis was carried out in relation to the rural parishes of the Baba Canton. In this case study it was concluded that the rural parishes Guare and Isla de Bejucal do not have a hotel facility that can provide visitors with accommodation and comfort services. However, in some resorts and tourist attractions it is possible to find a good tourist infrastructure that allows tourists to visit certain attractions during the day. It has been noted that the parishes lack formal food and beverage establishments and key tourist information. At the moment, there is an offer of lunch services, but it is provided in the facilities of the homes of the people who offer the service, being also the quality of the same unsatisfactory.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El presente caso de estudio fue realizado en las parroquias rurales Guare e Isla de Bejucal del Cantón Baba. En la actualidad la bella y noble ciudad de Baba, cuenta con una gran variedad de cultura ancestral, que, con el pasar del tiempo se está quedando atrás y se considera importante y necesario rescatar aquellos valores. El objetivo del presente caso de estudio es analizar la planta hotelera y la infraestructura turística de las parroquias rurales del Cantón Baba. Para el análisis de la planta hotelera y la infraestructura turística de las parroquias rurales del Cantón Baba, se utilizó un enfoque de investigación cualitativa, se revisó información de fuentes secundarias, además de levantarse información de fuentes primarias en las parroquias Guare e Isla de Bejucal a través de fichas. Finalmente se realizó un análisis FODA en relación con las parroquias rurales del Cantón Baba. En este caso de estudio se concluyó que las parroquias rurales Guare e Isla de Bejucal no cuentan con una planta hotelera que pueda brindar a los visitantes servicios de alojamiento y comodidad. Sin embargo, en algunos recursos y atractivos turísticos se logra encontrar una buena infraestructura turística que permita a los turistas visitar ciertos atractivos durante el día. Se ha podido constatar que las parroquias carecen de establecimientos de alimentos y bebidas formales e información turística clave. Al momento, existe una oferta de servicios de almuerzos, pero es brindado en las instalaciones de los domicilios de las personas que ofertan el servicio, siendo además la calidad de los mismos poco satisfactorios.	es_ES
