dc.description	Behavior is the sum or set of factors by the human being and determined exclusively by the culture, attitudes, emotions, values of the person, cultural values and genetics. Many consider human behavior as something complicated, knowing that this is not the case, because since its inception the human being has shown his interest in learning about everything that surrounds him and take advantage of all that for his benefit and comfort, although human being is curious, also tends to be creative, inventing a whole series of ways to communicate, from signs, writing, oral form, and other things that helped facilitate the life of the human being. In the first instance we have parents tutors in charge of their children, of whom they will take the first steps as an example, during their first stage, here is the reflection of what they see and hear around them as of their home, school and places where is concurred, as well as parents, siblings, family, school. The problems that arise in schools, come to generate violent situations and solve these conflicts, is something complex, a challenge that society must take on, although it directly affects the teacher. It is urgent to exploit those seminars and teaching teams to create structures that improve their function, that contribute to the satisfaction of teachers and open new paths to improve student behavior and that this is the most appropriate.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El comportamiento es la suma o conjunto de factores por el ser humano y determinado exclusivamente por la cultura, las actitudes, las emociones, los valores de la persona, los valores culturales y la genética. Muchos consideramos el comportamiento humano como algo complicado, sabiendo que no es así, porque desde sus inicios el ser humano ha demostrado su interés de aprender sobre todo lo que le rodea y aprovechar todo eso para su beneficio y comodidad, si bien al ser humano es curioso, también tiende a ser creativo, al inventar toda una serie de formas para comunicarse, desde señas, la escritura, la forma oral, y otras cosas que ayudaron a facilitar la vida del ser humano. En primera instancia tenemos padres tutores encargados de sus hijos, de los cuales tendrán los primeros pasos como ejemplo, durante su primera etapa, aquí está el reflejo de lo que ve y oye a su alrededor como de su hogar, la escuela y los lugares donde se concurre, así como de los padres, hermanos, familia, escuela. Los problemas que se plantean en los centros educativos, llegan a generar situaciones violenta y resolver estos conflictos, es algo complejo, reto que debe asumir la sociedad, aunque afecta directamente al docente Urge explotar aquellos seminarios, y equipos docentes para crear estructuras que mejoren su función, que contribuyan a la satisfacción de los profesores y abran nuevos caminos para mejorar el comportamiento de los estudiantes y que este sea el más adecuado	es_ES
