dc.description	It is worth noting and can be structured on the importance of the structure of the system as this is the total management of documents in a company also on how employees think about an organization and quick access to information of all employees and not have to go to search in physical, it the secretary or administrator of the information has the power to digitize and place this document in the document database of the company or institution.With this project it is foreseen to focus the organization of the employees to all the files that are in the company, we also seek to obtain an effective and effective result, through all the processes and methodologies of study that is foreseen through the studies carried out, besides the surveys help to demonstrate its feasibility and structure of project research.We can also mention that this project is setting out very clear general objectives that when diagnosing the improvements of the structure of the system over the organization on the archives and structures of access to information, there is also an alternative proposal to which we can outline and help to optimize the approach of the problem and adapt an access to the adequate information in the agricultural services ALQUIVESA.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Cabe destacar y se puede estructurar sobre la importancia de la estructura del sistema ya que esto es de suma gestión integral de documentos en una compañía también sobre cómo piensan los colaboradores sobre una organización y acceso rápido a la información de todos los empleados y no tener que ir a buscar en físico, es decir el secretario o administrador de la información tiene la facultad de digitalizar y colocar este documento en la base de datos de documento de la empresa o institución. Con este proyecto se prevé focalizar la organización de los empleados a todos los archivos que se encuentran en la empresa, también buscamos obtener un resultado eficaz y efectivo, mediante todos los procesos y metodologías de estudio que se prevé mediante los estudios realizados, además las encuestas ayudan a demostrar su factibilidad y estructura de la investigación del proyecto. También podemos mencionar que este proyecto está planteando objetivos generales muy claro que al diagnosticar a las mejoras de la estructura del sistema sobre la organización sobre los archivos y estructuras de acceso a la información además también se plantea una propuesta alternativa a la cual podemos esquematizar y ayudar a optimizar el planteamiento del problema y adecuar un acceso a la información adecuada en los servicios agrarios ALQUIVESA.	es_ES
