dc.description	The work entitled: ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT IN THE COMPANY EXP. E IMP. MANOBAL C LTDA AND ITS IMPACT ON BUSINESS IMAGE, QUEVEDO CANTON PROVINCE OF RIVERS, 2016, has as main purpose to know the administrative processes in all areas of the company and what the formation of corporate image is. To achieve this purpose theoretical information of the variables that served as a basis for research was obtained; The methodology used is the deductive method as it goes from the general to the particular; The research is descriptive since it involves getting to know the situations, customs and prevailing attitudes through the exact description of activities, objects, processes and people; The existing population is the staff working in the company and the prospects of it. To collect data three questionnaires interview enterprise customers, employees designed; the research results show that the quality of service provided by the company is very good, fast and effective, it projects a positive institutional image among its members, and therefore, the research hypothesis is checked. The research work will bring to the owners of the company and in turn to the same customers, trust and growth of the Company, while the Administrative part will correct existing weaknesses.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El trabajo titulado: GESTIÓN ADMINISTRATIVA EN LA EMPRESA EXP. E IMP. MANOBAL C LTDA Y SU INCIDENCIA EN LA IMAGEN EMPRESARIAL, CANTÓN QUEVEDO PROVINCIA DE LOS RIOS, AÑO 2016, tiene como principal propósito conocer los procesos administrativos en todas las áreas de la empresa y cuál es la formación de la imagen empresarial. Para alcanzar este propósito se obtuvo información teórica de las variables que sirvió de sustento para la investigación; La metodología aplicada es el método deductivo ya que va de lo general a lo particular; El tipo de investigación es la descriptiva ya que consiste en llegar a conocer las situaciones, costumbres y actitudes predominantes a través de la descripción exacta de las actividades, objetos, procesos y personas; La población existente es el personal que labora en la empresa y los clientes potenciales de la misma. Para la recolección de los datos se diseñó tres cuestionarios de entrevista clientes de la empresa, empleados ; Los resultados obtenidos en la investigación demuestran que la calidad de servicio que brinda la empresa es muy buena, ágil y eficaz, esto proyecta una imagen institucional positiva entre sus integrantes, por tanto, se comprueba la hipótesis planteada en la investigación. El trabajo investigativo aportará a los dueños de la empresa y a su vez a los clientes de la misma, la confianza y crecimiento de la Empresa, mientras que a la parte Administrativa permitirá corregir las debilidades existentes.	es_ES
