| dc.description | In the current research project has been carried out an analysis of the typical cuisine, their essential contribution and fundamental to the development of tourism and thus try to enhance and recover the nutritional importance that gives us each of these dishes in Canton Vinces Los Rios province. Today there is no economic, educational and formal incentive by the, tourism professionals sectional authorities to improve the quality of presentation and innovation and customer service, which would generate more tourists and people living in the same Canton, benefiting the general population, creating more jobs places such farmers and fishermen who sell their own products in the area who are responsible for the development and preparation of the ancestral food . Moreover verify the acceptance of gastronomic tourism in those who before traveling not only think distracted or meet an attractive place but choose to taste the cuisine and if this is typical much better because it represents the history, culture, traditions and ancestral knowledge with which account Vinces Canton thus achieve their meals spread nationally and internationally. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | En el actual proyecto de investigación se ha realizado un análisis de la gastronomía típica, su aporte esencial y fundamental para el desarrollo del turismo y de esta forma tratar de valorizar y rescatar la importancia nutritiva que nos brinda cada uno de estos platos típicos en el Cantón Vinces provincia de Los Ríos. Hoy en día no existe un incentivo económico, educacional y formal por parte de las autoridades seccionales, profesionales del turismo para mejorar la calidad en presentación e innovación y atención al cliente, lo cual generaría mayor cantidad de turistas y de personas que habitan en el mismo Cantón, beneficiando a la población en general, creando más plazas de empleos por ejemplo los agricultores y pescadores que venden sus productos propios de la zona quienes están encargados de la elaboración y preparación de la comida ancestral. Por otra parte verificamos la aceptación del turismo gastronómico en aquellas personas que antes de viajar no solo piensan en distraerse o conocer un lugar atractivo sino que optan por degustar de la gastronomía y si esta es típica mucho mejor porque representa la historia, cultura, tradiciones y saberes ancestrales con los que cuenta el Cantón Vinces, de este modo lograr difundir sus comidas a nivel nacional e internacional.
