dc.descriptionThe research was carried out at the “Adolfo María Astudillo” Educational Unit, located in Babahoyo, Los Ríos, year 2024, which aims to improve the ball handling of the institution's soccer teams. The exercises applied to perfect this skill were considered the independent variable, highlighting the importance of starting learning from an early age, driving the ball, refers to the movement of the players when interacting with the ball to gain security, was identified as the dependent variable. The investigation originated from observing that those selected from that institution had deficiencies in the synchronization and effective driving of the ball, which was proposed to address subproblems related to exercises, motivation and fundamental contents to improve this situation. This study highlights the importance of properly teaching ball driving, proposing a different approach that includes recreational activities. The objectives of the project focus on analyzing the deployment of driving, developing specific exercises and executing them, with the hypothesis that it will contribute to improving the team's performance. A type of experimental design was initiated, encompassing descriptive and explanatory approaches, using documentary methods in which qualitative and quantitative research was used to process survey data, with the aim of improving ball handling, therefore, the project seeks to improve. to the soccer team through analysis, development and execution of specific exercises. It is based on a theoretical framework that highlights the evolution of football and the importance of coaching, using a methodology that combines qualitative and quantitative approaches to obtain reliable and applicable results.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa investigación se llevó a cabo en la Unidad Educativa “Adolfo María Astudillo”, ubicada en Babahoyo, Los Ríos, año 2024, lo cual tiene como propósito mejorar la conducción del balón de los seleccionados de fútbol de la institución. Los ejercicios aplicados para perfeccionar esta habilidad se consideraron de la variable independiente, destacando la importancia de iniciar el aprendizaje desde edades tempranas, la conducción del balón, se refiere al movimiento de los jugadores al interactuar con la pelota para ganar seguridad, fue identificada como la variable dependiente. La investigación se originó al observar que los seleccionados de aquella institución, presentaban deficiencias en la sincronización y conducción efectiva del balón, lo cual se planteó abordar subproblemas relacionados con ejercicios, motivación y contenidos fundamentales para mejorar esta situación. En este estudio resalta la importancia de enseñar adecuadamente la conducción del balón, proponiendo un enfoque diferente que incluya actividades lúdicas. Los objetivos del proyecto se centran en analizar el despliegue de la conducción, desarrollar ejercicios específicos y ejecutarlos, con la hipótesis se contribuirá a mejorar el rendimiento del equipo. Se estableció un tipo de diseño experimental abarcando enfoques descriptivos y explicativos, utilizando métodos documentales en lo cual se empleó una investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa para procesar datos de encuestas, con la finalidad de mejorar la conducción del balón, por lo tanto, el proyecto busca mejorar a la selección de fútbol mediante análisis, desarrollo y ejecución de ejercicios específicos. Se apoya en un marco teórico que destaca la evolución del fútbol y la importancia de la conducción, utilizando una metodología que combina enfoques cualitativos y cuantitativos para obtener resultados confiables y aplicables.es_ES
