| dc.description | ABSTRACT The present research work was carried out with the objective of analyzing the training profile of producers and directors of Audiovisual Projects in order to understand the needs present in the training of professionals in the production and direction of Audiovisual Projects. The presentation of this project provides a deep understanding of the demands of the labor market and the current expectations in the audiovisual industry with direct relation to the academic training of audiovisual producers and directors in order to create more effective educational programs that allow the development of new skills and abilities in future professionals. It also emphasizes the similarity of certain subjects in the careers of Multimedia, Performing Arts and Film in comparison with the career of Social Communication, which shows that by sharing training characteristics they can also share work space in areas of development of innovative audiovisual projects, making use of new technologies and current trends to entertain, inform and educate people through Audiovisual Projects and their implementation in various areas of education and entertainment. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación se efectuó con el objetivo de analizar el perfil de formación de los productores y directores de proyectos audiovisuales para así comprender las necesidades presentes en la formación de profesionales en la producción y dirección de Proyectos Audiovisuales. Con la presentación del presente proyecto se proporciona una comprensión profunda de las demandas del mercado laboral y las expectativas vigentes en la industria Audiovisual con relación directa en la formación académica de los productores y directores audiovisuales para así crear programas educativos más eficaces y que permitan desarrollar nuevas destrezas y habilidades en los futuros profesionales. Además se hace énfasis en la similitud de ciertas materias en las carreras de Multimedia, Artes Escénicas y Cine en comparación con la carrera de Comunicación Social, lo que evidencia que al compartir características de formación también pueden compartir espacio laboral en ámbitos de desarrollo de proyectos audiovisuales innovadores, haciendo uso de las nuevas tecnologías y de las tendencias actuales para entretener, informar y educar a las persona por medio de los Proyectos Audiovisuales y su implementación en las diversas áreas de educación y entretenimiento. | es_ES |
