The present work consists of the importance of the evaluative tools and in the learning of the students of the third year of elementary basic education, the objective of the investigation is to determine a methodological strategy for the use of evaluative tools with the use of new technologies for the Information and communication. The research approach is mixed, the type of basic research, with a non-experimental design, with a descriptive, correlational, and purposeful scope, among the main theoretical elements are applied analysis-synthesis, document review, system approach, while that the empirical methods correspond to the survey, interview, which was applied to a non-probabilistic sample of 52 students, with an instrument validated by the Cronbach's Alpha test that was equivalent to 0.910 reliable at a high level. The main results show a Pearson's correlation of 0.768 with a p value of 0.00, high correlation, between the variables Evaluative tools and Learning, which shows that students are interested in applying evaluations with digital tools and applications. Teachers have demand continuous training in the use of the Internet and management of interactive web applications. It is concluded that there is a predisposition of students to explore new evaluation methods, as well as teachers willing to improve the way of evaluating. Therefore, the author's hypothesis is affirmed that applying evaluation tools would improve the academic performance of students.es_ES
