dc.descriptionOrganizational efficiency is a term that denotes the ability of an organization to achieve its objectives, where it uses the least amount of resources possible. On the other hand, it is usually known as an indicator of how a company or organization can convert its inputs into products and/or services, in other words, it aims to do a little more with fewer resources. Change management practices are recognized as the process with which changes in an organization are prepared and managed during said process; Everything relevant and pertinent is prepared for the transition to the new change, it is there where the support of the company is obtained and it is implemented in a timely manner. The most important thing in change management practices is to address these changes consciously and from different perspectives. In the Provincial Government of Los Ríos, the productivity of public servants is directly related to the results and business performance of each person; That is why, due to low performance in the overload of activities carried out in the different departments, the performance of its employees decreases, this causes that; These employees present complaints to senior management and in turn they are not resolved. The results of the research indicate that the officials who work in all their work units do not implement change management practices to increase organizational efficiency, which leads to problems in the administration, due to low motivational performance. that has said personnel.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa eficiencia organizacional es un término que denota la capacidad de una organización para logar sus objetivos, en donde utiliza la menor cantidad de recursos posibles. Por otra parte, la suelen conocer como un indicador de cómo una empresa u organización puede convertir sus insumos en productos y/o servicios, en otras palabras, se pretende hacer un poco más con menos recursos. Las prácticas de gestión de cambio son reconocidas como el proceso con el que se preparan y gestionan los cambios de una organización, durante dicho proceso; se prepara todo lo relevante y pertinente para la transición al nuevo cambio, es allí donde se obtiene el respaldo de la empresa y se lo implementa en tiempo y forma. Lo más importante en las prácticas de gestión de cambio es abordar esos cambios a consciencia y desde distintas perspectivas. En el Gobierno Provincial de Los Ríos, la productividad de los servidores públicos se encuentra directamente relacionada con los resultados y el rendimiento empresarial de cada persona; es por ello que, debido al bajo rendimiento en la sobrecarga de actividades que se ejecutan en los distintos departamentos el rendimiento de sus empleados disminuye, esto ocasiona que; dichos empleados presenten quejas a la alta dirección y que a su vez no sean solucionadas. Los resultados de la investigación indican que las y los funcionarios que laboran en todas sus unidades de trabajo, no implementan las prácticas de gestión de cambio para aumentar la eficiencia organizacional, por lo que conlleva a generar problemas en la administración, debido al bajo rendimiento motivacional que posee dicho personal.es_ES
