To achieve this goal, an exploratory research was applied with a quantitative approach. | dc.description.abstract | El propósito fundamental de este estudio de caso radica en el análisis exhaustivo de las motivaciones que orientan a los turistas de la tercera edad a seleccionar destinos turísticos. Para lograr este objetivo, se emprendió una investigación exploratoria que adoptó un enfoque cuantitativo, utilizando la técnica de encuesta como herramienta principal de recolección de datos. La encuesta se aplicó a un grupo representativo de individuos pertenecientes a la “Asociación de Jubilados, Pensionistas y Anexos” de la ciudad de Babahoyo. Para llevar a cabo la investigación, se diseñó y aplicó un cuestionario especialmente elaborado para este propósito. Este enfoque metodológico permitió obtener datos cuantitativos sobre las motivaciones y preferencias de los turistas de la tercera edad en su proceso de selección de destinos turísticos. | es_ES |
