| dc.description | The present research work entitled AEROBIC EXERCISE AND ITS IMPACT ON THE OLDER ADULTS OF THE GERONTOLOGICAL CENTER “OLDER ADULTS IN ACTIVITY” aims to determine how aerobic exercises affect the older adults of the Gerontological Center “OLDER ADULTS IN ACTIVITY” of the Montalvo Canton , Los Ríos Province- Ecuador. Methodology: The research was developed through quantitative research with a non-experimental - transversal and descriptive - exploratory design. As a data collection instrument, the survey was implemented, which is based on a structured questionnaire aimed at older adults and management members of the Gerontological Center “OLDER ADULTS IN ACTIVITY” to determine the type of aerobic exercise they perform and the degree of satisfaction. ; In the same way, determine the degree of knowledge and understanding they have about aerobic exercises, about the benefits of aerobic exercise, in its prevention, care and maintenance of the physical well-being of older adults, the object of research. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación titulada EL EJERCICIO AERÓBICO Y SU INCIDENCIA EN EL ADULTO MAYOR DEL CENTRO GERONTOLÓGICO “ADULTOS MAYORES EN ACTIVIDAD” tiene como objetivo determinar cómo incide los ejercicios aeróbicos en los adultos mayores del Centro Gerontológico “ADULTOS MAYORES EN ACTIVIDAD” del Cantón Montalvo, Provincia de los Ríos- Ecuador. Metodología: La investigación se desarrolló mediante una investigación cuantitativa con un diseño no experimental - transversal y de tipo descriptiva – exploratoria. Como instrumento de recolección de datos se implementó la encuesta la misma que se basa en un cuestionario estructurado dirigida a los adultos mayores y miembros directivos del Centro Gerontológico “ADULTOS MAYORES EN ACTIVIDAD” para determinar el tipo de ejercicio aeróbico que ejecutan y el grado de satisfacción; de la misma manera determinar el grado de conocimiento y comprensión que tienen sobre los ejercicios aeróbicos sobre los beneficios que posee el ejercicio aeróbico, en su prevención cuidado y mantenimiento en el bienestar físico de los adultos mayores, objeto de investigación. | es_ES |
