It has been noted that, within its internal management, it is deficient in the communication area, since it has a person who does the work of publishing, planning and managing the content to disseminate the activities carried out by the institution, therefore it is essential that increase staff, which would generate more reach and better organization in your communication processes. Improving the corporate communication plan will help to have more presence at the provincial and national level.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa comunicación corporativa ha marcado en el mundo de la administración un punto crucial para el desarrollo de las instituciones que quieran relacionarse con la mayor cantidad de personas, tal es el caso de la Federación Deportiva de Los Ríos, que cuenta con un manejo deficiente de la comunicación interna y externa, lo cual dificulta mantener una buena relación con su público objetivo, a pesar que cuenta con una página web, no estaría utilizando las herramientas y estrategias adecuadas para posicionar la imagen de la entidad deportiva. Se ha notado que, dentro de su manejo interno, en el área comunicativa no es la adecuada, ya que cuenta con una persona que hace el trabajo de publicar, planificar y manejar los contenidos para difundir las actividades que realiza la institución, por ello es primordial que incremente el personal, lo cual generaría más alcance y una mejor organización en sus procesos comunicativos. Mejorar del plan de comunicación corporativa, ayudará a tener más presencia a nivel provincial y nacional.es_ES
