| dc.description | The purpose of this case study is to carry out an analysis, issue a diagnosis, develop a control and management system for the correct management of inventories in the Espinoza industrial workshop in the city of Babahoyo, aimed at optimizing the main resource that is time in terms of prices and performance of manufacturing projects for all kinds of wooden furniture for the home, the same as for several years, does not have adequate control of the materials it needs and has available for each work carried out. The Industrial Espinoza workshop is presided over by Mr. Espinoza Corrales Vidal, whose ID number is 0901467845001. He is required to submit VAT declarations every six months, and who has great patience, care, passion, and commitment to make works of art with wood, from a small sideboard, even a whole kitchen with drawers, shelves, space savers, doors, etc. However, despite the difficulty regarding the inventory control system, which produces a constant loss in the contracts that the workshop has executed successfully, it is for this reason that the present work is developed to be able to identify, evaluate and implement an inventory system, coherent and effective, easy to understand for the user. | dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso tiene por finalidad, realizar un análisis emitir un diagnóstico, desarrollar un sistema de control y gestión para el correcto manejo de los inventarios en el taller industrial Espinoza de la ciudad de Babahoyo, direccionado a optimizar el recurso principal que es el tiempo en cuanto a las cotizaciones y desempeño de los proyectos de fabricación de todo tipo de muebles de madera para el hogar, el mismo que durante varios años, no lleva un control adecuado de los materiales que necesita y tiene a disposición de cada obra realizada. El taller Industrial Espinoza esta presidido por el Sr. Espinoza Corrales Vidal cuyo ruc es el 0901467845001 está obligado tributariamente a presentar semestralmente declaraciones de iva, y quien dispone de gran paciencia, esmero, pasión, y empeño para realizar obras de arte con la madera, desde un pequeño aparador, hasta toda una cocina con cajones, repisas, ahorro de espacio, puertas, etc. No, obstante se presenta la dificultad en cuanto al sistema de control de los inventarios, lo cual produce una pérdida constante en los contratos que el taller ha ejecutado con éxito, es por tal razón que el presente trabajo se desarrolla para poder identificar, evaluar e implementar un sistema de inventarios, coherente y eficaz, fácil de entender para el usuario. Dicho estudio está regido bajo las líneas de investigación de gestión financiera, administrativa, tributaria, auditoria, control como línea principal en la cual se enmarca en la sublínea de gestión financiera, tributaria y compromiso social. | es_ES |
