dc.descriptionThe present investigation regarding the strategic communication of the National Electoral Council of Los Ríos, prior to the sectoral elections, aims to analyze a wide variable, but of great importance, such as communication. The study details the need to know the communication processes of the public entity, since its primary work is related to announcing to the citizens of Rio de Janeiro everything related to sectoral elections; Therefore, the exposed theme is considered relevant, since when the decisions of a country play a fundamental role, it is necessary that the transmission of the obligations and rights of Ecuadorians be described and communicated in a timely manner. Strategic communication in simple words is defined as the design of plans and tools correctly applied to generate a positive link between the company and a group of interest, not only in the commercial private sector, but also by public entities, since Their work is linked to satisfying the people's need for information. The method used to obtain truthful and relevant results to the investigation is analytical, due to the nature of the investigation that requires issuing solid conclusions from the study findings. Research that concludes with the importance of strategic communication within the CNE Los Ríos; In addition, new strategies must be implemented that have an impact on society and enhance the institutional image.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación con respecto a la comunicación estratégica del Consejo Nacional Electoral de Los Ríos, previo a las elecciones sectoriales, tiene como objetivo analizar una amplia variable, pero de gran importancia como lo es la comunicación. El estudio detalla la necesidad de conocer los procesos comunicativos de la entidad pública, puesto que su labor primaria está relacionada con anunciar a la ciudadanía riosense todo lo referente a las elecciones sectoriales; por tanto, se considera relevante la temática expuesta, ya que al jugar un rol fundamental las decisiones de un país, es necesario que la transmisión de las obligaciones y derechos de los ecuatorianos sean descritos y comunicados de forma oportuna. La comunicación estratégica en palabras simples se define como el diseño de planes y herramientas correctamente aplicadas para generar un vínculo positivo entre la empresa y un grupo de interés, no solo en el sector privado comercial, sino también por parte de las entidades públicas, puesto que su labor está ligada a satisfacer la necesidad de información del pueblo. El método utilizado para la obtención de resultados veraces y pertinentes a la investigación es el analítico, debido a la naturaleza de la investigación que solicita emitir conclusiones solidas a partir de los hallazgos del estudio. Investigación que concluye con la importancia de la comunicación estratégica dentro del CNE Los Ríos; además de que se deben implementar nuevas estrategias que impacten en la sociedad y realce la imagen institucional.es_ES
