dc.description.abstractLa comunidad educativa tanto estudiantes como padres y docentes, deben ser partícipes del desarrollo del aprendizaje integral en la formación de los infantes. Es fundamental que cada uno de estos personajes que influyen en el contexto del futuro y éxito escolar de los educandos desenvuelva adecuadamente su papel para mejorar la calidad de la educación. Los niños en sus primeros años de vida aprenden por imitación, por esta razón en la educación inicial el contexto familiar es el más importante dado que en este se incorpora los personajes principales como lo es la mamá y el papá. La relación intrapersonal que se establece entre este núcleo forja la personalidad y el comportamiento del niño, ya que ellos tienden a repetir las acciones que observan a su alrededor. El desempeño del docente también tiene dominio en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje porque su actitud y su desenvolvimiento a lo largo de la formación educativa del educando propiciaran aspectos positivos como negativos dependiendo del desempeño de su labor como guía del aprendizaje. Por esta razón el docente debe ser un amigo más para los niños, es decir debe demostrar ser creativo y estratégico para motivar e inspirar a todo su grupo de infantes. Los rincones de juego trabajo como una propuesta metodológica que se basa en espacios lúdicos determinados para trabajar individualmente o colaborativamente ya sea de manera organizada o libre, al ser aplicados adecuadamente permite que lo estudiantes tengan relación con su entorno y desarrollen habilidades y capacidades que les servirán para su futuro.
