dc.descriptionThe present case study has as its theme "Burnout and its relationship with self-schemes in a 32-year-old woman from the city of Ricaurte", where Burnout is a syndrome caused by the accumulation of stress and work overload, related to the idealization of mental self-schemas impregnated in the human brain by its beliefs and moral judgments. In the work a qualitative methodology was used for the description of qualities and aspects of the suffering of the person. Implementing psychological techniques for data collection such as clinical observation, semi-structured interview, clinical history and psychometric batteries, highlighting among them the Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) and the Hamilton Scale for Anxiety, allowing to obtain the presumptive diagnosis according to ICD-10. and DSM-V is Generalized Anxiety Disorder 300.02 (F41.1), for this reason, psychological treatment was used, through Aaron Beck's Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which seeks to change the thoughts that cause discomfort by creating a thought alternative and positive, therefore, I apply some cognitive techniques such as Breathing 4 times, Psychoeducation, Explaining how thoughts generate feelings, Differentiating events, thoughts and feelings, Passive relaxation and Activity planning, improving the patient's condition so that she has a better style and quality of life.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso tiene como temática a tratar “Burnout y su relación con los autoesquemas en una mujer de 32 años de la ciudad de Ricaurte”, donde el Burnout es un síndrome ocasionado por la acumulación de estrés y sobrecarga laboral, relacionado con la idealización de los autoesquemas mentales impregnado en el cerebro humano por sus creencias y juicios morales. En el trabajo se utilizó una metodología cualitativa por la descripción de cualidades y aspectos del padecimiento de la persona. Implementando técnicas psicológicas para la recolección de datos como la observación clínica, entrevista semiestructurada, historia clínica y baterías psicométricas, destacando entre ellas Inventario de Ansiedad de Beck (BAI) y Escala de Hamilton para Ansiedad, permitiendo obtener el diagnostico presuntivo según La CIE-10 y DSM-V es Trastorno de ansiedad generalizada 300.02 (F41.1), por tal motivo, se procedió a emplear tratamiento psicológico, por medio de la terapia Cognitivo Conductual de Aaron Beck, la cual buscan cambiar los pensamientos que originan malestar creando un pensamiento alternativo y positivo, por ende, aplico algunas técnicas cognitivas como Respiración 4 tiempo, Psicoeducación, Explicar cómo los pensamientos generan sentimientos , Diferenciando eventos, pensamientos y sentimientos, Relajación pasiva y Planificación de actividades mejorando la condición de la paciente para que tenga un mejor estilo y calidad de vida.es_ES
