dc.descriptionBullying is a topic that has been presented for some time, managing to go unnoticed because society considered it as something normal to occur in educational institutions to create bonds of friendship and build character, however, this leads to living with problems in mental health that were caused and treated on time. It is for this reason that this case study is aimed at dealing with bullying and its incidence in the social relations of a 14-year-old boy. Which allowed me to reach a diagnosis, through the use of different techniques such as clinical observation, semi-structured interview and use tools such as the observation guide and clinical history, among others. In conclusion, it was possible to analyze the incidence of bullying in the patient's social relationship, allowing a presumptive diagnosis based on the DSM-5 and ICD-10 criteria; social anxiety disorder (social phobia) 300.23, for which a therapeutic plan with a cognitive behavioral approach is recommended, within which different types of techniques were used to reduce symptoms and modify thoughts.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl bullying es un tema que se ha venido presentado desde tiempo atrás logrando pasar desapercibido porque la sociedad lo consideraba como algo normal de darse en las instituciones educativas para crear lazos de amistad y formar el carácter, sin embargo, esto conlleva a vivir con problemas en la salud mental que fueron causados y se los trato a tiempo. Es por esta razón que el presente estudio de caso está orientado a tratar el acoso escolar y su incidencia en las relaciones sociales de un joven de 14 años. El cual me permitió llegar a un diagnóstico, mediante el uso de diferentes técnicas como lo es la observación clínica, entrevista semiestructurada y utilizar herramientas como la guía de observación y la historia clínica, entre otras. En conclusión, se logra analizar la incidencia del acoso en la relación social del paciente, permitiendo dar un diagnóstico presuntivo en base a los criterios del DSM-5 y el CIE-10; trastorno de ansiedad social (fobia social) 300.23, para lo cual se recomienda un plan terapéutico con enfoque cognitivo conductual dentro del cual se utilizaron diferentes tipos de técnicas para reducir las sintomatologías y modificar los pensamientos.es_ES
