dc.descriptionThe present case study was based mainly on divorce, which is a separation process that two people go through who shared affective, emotional and coital ties, which affected the development of depression in a 30-year-old woman, bringing with her a series of signs symptoms at a physiological, cognitive, behavioral level preventing them from continuing their lives normally, to determine such a situation, various methodological techniques were implemented to obtain data, through clinical observation, semi-structured interview, clinical history and some tests psychometric tests, including the Beck Depression Inventory, the Zung Depression Self-Rate Scale (SDS) and the Rossemberg Self-Esteem Scale, allowing for a presumptive diagnosis based on manuals such as the DSM-V (300.04) Disorder persistent depressive disorder (dysthymia) and according to ICD-10 (F34.1) Dysthymia, for which psychological treatment was carried out using l Aaron Beck's Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, which consisted of applying various therapeutic techniques such as psychoeducation, differentiating facts, thoughts and feelings, explaining how thoughts create feelings, reasons to die and reasons to live, activity programming and 4-stroke breathing to improve the patient's condition.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso se basó principalmente en el divorcio lo cual es un proceso de separación que atraviesan dos personas que compartieron vínculos afectivos, emocionales y coitales, lo cual incidió en el desarrollo de la depresión en una mujer de 30 años, trayendo consigo una serie de signos síntomas a nivel fisiológico, cognitivo, conductual impidiendo seguir su vida con normalidad, para determinar tal situación se implementó diversas técnicas metodológicas para la obtención de datos, por medio de la observación clínica, la entrevista semiestructurada, la historia clínica y algunos test psicométricos, entre ellos el Inventario de depresión de Beck, la Escala de autoevaluación para la depresión de Zung (SDS) y la Escala de autoestima de Rossemberg, permitiendo obtener un diagnóstico presuntivo en base a los manuales como el DSM-V (300.04) Trastorno depresivo persistente (distimia) y según la CIE-10 (F34.1) Distimia, por lo cual se procedió al tratamiento psicológico mediante la Terapia Cognitivo-Conductual de Aaron Beck, la cual consistió en aplicar diversas técnicas terapéuticas como psicoeducación, diferenciando hechos, pensamientos y sentimientos, explicar cómo los pensamientos crean sentimientos, razones para morir y razones para vivir, programación de actividades y respiración en 4 tiempos para mejorar la condición del paciente.es_ES
