dc.descriptionThe present case study was carried out in the city of Babahoyo, with the objective of identifying suicidal ideas and their repercussion on the behavior of a 27-year-old adult man, which was carried out with the application of each of the knowledge Acquired during the learning process, suicidal thoughts can arise due to many factors, but are usually determined by an underlying condition such as depression, which is reflected in symptoms such as sadness, crying, difficulty sleeping, loss of appetite, isolation. Suicidal behaviors can be prevented and it is important to spread the signs of this problem to the population so that they are detected in time. Therefore, this study for data collection used the open interview to obtain more relevant data on the subjectivity of the user, for the systematization of the information obtained, the clinical history was used, for the emotional assessment, the inventory was used. Beck II Depression Inventory to quantify the presence of depressive symptoms, and the Rossemberg Depression Inventory was used to assess self-esteem. The case was approached from the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy model with the application of several cognitive restructuring techniques resulting in the modification of negative thoughts that were causing significant discomfort, work was done in collaboration with the patient who had the predisposition to obtain positive thoughts, learn to express their feelings and perform more social activities thus improving their quality of lifees_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso fue realizado en la ciudad de Babahoyo, con el objetivo de identificar las ideas suicidas y su repercusión en la conducta de un hombre adulto de 27 años, el cual se llevó a cabo con la aplicación de cada uno de los conocimientos adquiridos durante el proceso de aprendizaje, los pensamientos suicidas pueden presentarse debido a muchos factores, pero por lo general son determinadas dentro de una condición subyacente tales como la depresión siendo está reflejada en síntomas como tristeza, llanto, dificultad para dormir, pérdida de apetito, aislamiento. Las conductas suicidas pueden prevenirse y es importante difundir las señales de esta problemática a la población para que sean detectadas a tiempo. Por tanto, este estudio para la recolección de datos utilizó la entrevista abierta para obtener datos más relevantes de la subjetividad del usuario, para la sistematización de la información obtenida se procedió a utilizar la historia clínica, para la valoración emocional se procedió a utilizar el inventario de depresión de Beck II para cuantificar la presencia de síntomas depresivos, y para la valoración de la autoestima se utilizó el inventario de depresión de Rossemberg. Se abordo el caso desde el modelo de Terapia cognitivo conductual con la aplicación de varias técnicas de restructuración cognitiva dando resultado a la modificación de pensamientos negativos que estaban causando malestar significativo, se trabajó en colaboración con el paciente que tenía la predisposición para obtener pensamientos positivos, aprender a expresar sus sentimientos y a realizar más actividades sociales permitiendo así mejorar su calidad de vida.es_ES
