| dc.description | This case study focused on a 25-year-old female patient, who manifests a process of love breakup which affects her mental health, considering one of the phases that can cause a lot of pain in the face of the loss of a loved one. The presence of depressive symptoms and dissatisfaction with life can be one of the consequences generated by this separation process, which is why this study was developed with a type of descriptive though qualitative approach, the techniques used for the development of the case was the observation sheet , the semi-structured interview, clinical history and psychometric tests corresponding to the problem such as the Beck Depression Inventory and the Emotional Dependency Inventory which provided important information for the elaboration of a presumptive diagnosis. Complying with the criteria of the DSM-V as it was 296.21(F320.) Mild Depression. Under this diagnosis, a therapeutic scheme was carried out with cognitive behavioral therapy as the most efficient for the psychological approach, which developed therapeutic techniques such as psychoeducation, cognitive restructuring, examination of evidence, role playing, schedule of activities, relaxation technique. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Este estudio de caso se centró en una paciente de sexo femenino de 25 años de edad, quien manifiesta un proceso de ruptura amorosa la cual incide en su salud mental, considerándose una de las fases que puede ocasionar mucho dolor ante la pérdida del ser querido, la presencia de sintomatología depresiva e insatisfacción con la vida puede ser unas de las consecuencias que genera este proceso de separación, es por ello que este estudio se desarrolló con un tipo de investigación descriptiva mediante un enfoque cualitativo, las técnicas utilizadas para el desarrollo del caso fue la ficha de observación, entrevista semiestructurada, historia clínica y pruebas psicométricas correspondientes a la problemática como el inventario de depresión de Beck y el inventario de dependencia emocional la cual brindo información importante para la elaboración de un diagnóstico presuntivo, cumpliendo con los criterios del DSM-V como fue 296.21(F320.) Depresión Leve. Bajo este diagnóstico se procedió a realizar un esquema terapéutico con la terapia cognitiva conductual como la más eficiente para el abordaje psicológico, la cual se desarrolló técnicas terapéuticas como Psicoeducación, restructuración cognitiva, examen de evidencias, role playing, cronograma de actividades, técnica de relajación. | es_ES |
