dc.descriptionThe present case study "Social phobia and its incidence in the emotional sphere in a 45-year-old adult woman", was based on the fact that social phobia is characterized by feeling intense fear or anxiety in certain social situations, within which the negative emotions causing affectation. A methodology with a qualitative descriptive approach was used with a quasi-experimental design, where various techniques were administered to obtain data, such as clinical observation, semi-structured interview, clinical history, psychological tests, for example, Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale (Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale LSAS), Social Phobia Inventory SPIN, Brief Social Phobia Scale BSPS, which served to ratify the presumptive diagnosis. Similarly, through the diagnostic manuals, the presumptive diagnosis could be evidenced, such as the DSM-V (300.23) Social anxiety disorder (social phobia) and the ICD-10 (F40.10) Social phobias. Among the localized findings, it is evident that from the change of address and school the patient, since she began to present symptoms of intense fear when being next to strangers, in addition, since the mother sent her to buy and if she brought something wrong He punished him by sending him to change the product. Finally, techniques focused on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy were used, where cognitive restructuring was provided, however, it is expected that in the future systematic desensitization and passive relaxation techniques will be applied, which will help reduce their symptoms.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso “Fobia social y su incidencia en el ámbito emocional en una mujer adulta de 45 años”, se sustentó en que la fobia social se caracterizada por sentir miedo intenso o ansiedad ante determinadas situaciones sociales, dentro de esta se involucran las emociones negativas causándole la afectación. Se empleó una metodología con enfoque descriptivo cualitativo con un diseño cuasiexperimental, donde se administraron varias técnicas para la obtención de datos, tales como la observación clínica, entrevista semiestructurada, historia clínica, test psicológicos, por ejemplo, Escala de Ansiedad Social Liebowitz (Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale LSAS), Inventario de Fobia Social (Social Phobia Inventory SPIN), Escala Breve de Fobia Social (Brief Social Phobia Scale BSPS), mismos que sirvieron para la ratificación del diagnóstico presuntivo. De igual manera, a través de los manuales diagnósticos se pudo evidenciar el diagnóstico presuntivo, como es el DSM-V (300.23) Trastorno de ansiedad social (fobia social) y en la CIE-10 (F40.10) Fobias sociales. Entre los hallazgos localizados se evidencia que a partir del cambio de domicilio y colegio la paciente, puesto que comenzó a presentar síntomas de miedo intenso al estar a lado de personas extrañas, además, desde que la mamá le enviaba a comprar y si traía algo mal le castigaba mandándole a cambiar el producto. Finalmente, se empleó técnicas enfocadas en la Terapia Cognitivo-Conductual, donde se suministró la restructuración cognitiva, no obstante, se espera que en un futuro se aplique las técnicas de desensibilización sistemática y relajación pasiva, mismas que ayudaran a reducir su sintomatología.es_ES
