dc.description | The present investigation is carried out with the objective of knowing the contribution of traditional gastronomy for the tourist development of the canton. Currently, Quevedo receives a large number of tourists from various places who come to learn about its natural environment, tradition and culture. It is clear that gastronomy is an important part of the tourist attractions of the canton, the taste and good price influence its high demand, on which many businesses in the area depend, offering a variety of typical dishes of consumer preferences. The design of the informative brochure will influence the tourist, economic and social development of the city, becoming a potential site that brings together a great gastronomic variety and quality service for visitors to the canton. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se realiza con el objetivo de conocer el aporte de la gastronomía tradicional para el desarrollo turístico del cantón. Actualmente, Quevedo recibe una gran cantidad de turistas de diversos lugares que vienen a conocer su entorno natural, tradición y cultura. Es claro que la gastronomía es parte importante de los atractivos turísticos del cantón, el sabor y buen precio influyen a que tenga alta demanda, de la que dependen muchos emprendimientos de la zona que brindan una variedad de platos típicos de las preferencias del consumidor. El diseño del folleto informativo, influirá en el desarrollo turístico, económico y social de la ciudad convirtiéndose en potencia como sitio que reúne una gran variedad gastronómica y servicio de calidad a los visitantes del cantón. | es_ES |
