| dc.description | The objective of this case study is to analyze logistics management in the Babahoyo Interprovincial Fleet (FBI) Cargo Service of Jujan canton through SWOT analysis and interview. For this case study the methodological approach method was used which allowed obtaining information based on the variables to be treated and developed, logistics management in the Babahoyo Interprovincial Fleet parcel service to carry out this collection were used interview forms and survey form to learn more about the situation and existing and perishable problems. The manager indicates that she has implemented an express shipping service which helps customers to get their parcels to the destination point faster, optimal and safe allowing these to feel confident in the work and service provided by the cooperative Babahoyo Interprovincial Fleet branch in Alfredo Baquerizo Moreno, was analyzed that the shipping prices of the cooperative transport Babahoyo Interprovincial Fleet (FBI) which are slightly higher compared to other agencies or companies engaged in the transport or transfer of parcels which are their direct competence, establish a new price table that is competitive and above all that can make competition to the other companies that already exist in the market and are engaged in the activity of transporting parcels, parcels or couriers; offer promotions with discounts to attract new customers. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo del presente estudio de caso consiste en analizar la gestión logística en el Servicio de encomiendas de la Flota Babahoyo Interprovincial (FBI) del cantón Jujan mediante análisis FODA y entrevista. Para este estudio de caso se utilizó el método de aproximación metodológica el cual permitió obtener información en base a las variables a tratar y desarrollar, la gestión logística en el servicio de encomiendas de la Flota Babahoyo Interprovincial para efectuar esta recopilación se emplearon formularios de entrevista y formulario de encuesta para conocer más sobre la situación y los problemas existentes y perecederos. La gerente indica que ha implementado un servicio de envío express el cual ayuda a los clientes a que sus encomiendas sean llevadas al punto de destino de una forma más rápida, optima y segura permitiendo que estos se sientan confiados en la labor y servicio que brinda la cooperativa Flota Babahoyo Interprovincial sucursal en Alfredo Baquerizo Moreno, se analizo que los precios de envíos de la cooperativa de transporte Flota Babahoyo Interprovincial (FBI) los cuales son un poco más elevados en comparación a otra agencias o empresas que se dedican al rubro de transporte o traslado de encomiendas las cuales son su competencia directa, establecer una nueva tabla de precios que sean competitivos y sobre todo que le puedan hacer la competencia a las otras empresas que ya existen en el mercado y se dedican a la actividad del transporte de encomiendas, paquetería o mensajería; ofertar promociones con descuentos para atraer nuevos clientes. | es_ES |
