The applied methodology was of the inductive, deductive and analytical type, applying data collection techniques such as direct observation and survey to the population of the San Carlos Parish of the Quevedo canton, demonstrating that it is necessary to apply disruptive communication to small and medium companies in this parish (91% of those surveyed), because the companies are unaware of the benefit it will bring them, due to the lack of knowledge about this form of communication, although many companies due to the pandemic chose to use social networks and Apps to reach customers and offer their products and services, they still lack a new form of innovation in terms of communication with potential customers.es_ES

dc.description.abstractAl referirse a la Comunicación Disruptiva, hay que destacar que esta se relaciona mucho con la innovación y esta a su vez con el uso de las tecnologías en la comunicación (actualmente internet). El objetivo del Estudio de Caso consistió en Analizar el aporte de la comunicación disruptiva en las pequeñas y medianas empresas de la Parroquia San Carlos del cantón Quevedo, año 2021. Para la presente investigación se planea tener un alcance a nivel local, donde los beneficiarios directos serán las pequeñas y medianas empresas de la parroquia San Carlos, y los beneficiarios indirectos la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo y los estudiantes de la misma, porque esta investigación científica servirá como fuente de investigaciones futuras sobre la misma problematización. La metodología aplicada fue de tipo, inductivo, deductivo y analítico, aplicando técnicas de recolección de datos como la observación directa y encuesta a la población de la Parroquia San Carlos del cantón Quevedo, demostrando que es necesario aplicar la comunicación disruptiva a las pequeñas y medianas empresas de esta parroquia (91% de los encuestados), debido a que las empresas desconocen el beneficio que les aportará, a la falta de conocimiento sobre esta forma de comunicación, aunque muchas empresas por la pandemia optaron por usar redes sociales y Apps para llegar a clientes y ofrecer sus productos y servicios, aun les falta una nueva forma de innovación en cuanto a comunicación con los posibles clientes.es_ES
