dc.description | Since its application by marketing professionals, public relations have been one of the most powerful tools it has, since its ultimate function is to bring people closer to the organization of the Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government, El Empalme Canton, and thereby communicate what they do. This technique improves the perception of the image by the public. It has never implemented any campaign to position its corporate image, so when it comes to capturing good management it will be rejected for not understanding the trajectory, quality and trust of each of its efforts within the Autonomous Decentralized Municipal Government, El Empalme Canton. The loss of credibility is one of the most immediate effects of this problem, since they prefer to save money on purchases looking for low prices that are due to the poor quality of the product, for which the Autonomous Decentralized Municipal Government, with the objective of determining the impact of public relations on corporate image. It has as a descriptive margin investigation with the survey and interview technique, which allowed obtaining first-hand information on the persecution of the institution, allowing conclusions to be drawn that allow the public an optimal approach of the Autonomous Decentralized Municipal Government, Canton El Splice. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | Las relaciones públicas desde su aplicación por parte de los profesionales del marketing, han sido una de las herramientas más poderosas que tiene, pues su función última es acercar a las personas a la organización del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal, Cantón El Empalme y con ello comunicar lo que hacen. Con esta técnica se mejora la percepción de la imagen por parte del público. Nunca ha implementado ninguna campaña para posicionar su imagen corporativa, por lo que a la hora de captar la buena gestión será rechazada por no entender la trayectoria, calidad y confianza de cada uno de sus esfuerzos dentro del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal, Cantón El Empalme. La pérdida de credibilidad es uno de los efectos más inmediatos de este problema, ya que prefieren ahorrar dinero en las compras buscando precios bajos que se deben a la mala calidad del producto, por lo que el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal, teniendo como objetivo determinar la incidencia de las relaciones públicas de la imagen corporativa. Se tiene como una investigación de margen descriptivo con la técnica la encuesta y la entrevista, lo que permitió obtener información de primera mano sobre la persecución de la institución, permitiendo realizar conclusiones que permitan al público un acercamiento óptimo del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal, Cantón El Empalme. | es_ES |
