| dc.description | The purpose of this research work is to improve the quality of life of the citizens of the "Gustavo Campi Cooperative" sector, Quevedo Canton, Los Ríos province, obtaining that the citizens of this sector have knowledge of how to use the media to stay in constant letter with the news that unfolds daily inside and outside the country. The theoretical framework was based on descriptive scientific research, which we call statistical research, which helps us describe the data and thus be able to improve the quality of life of citizens. The types of research used are descriptive and explanatory, field and case; the sample was the measurement and observation due to the number of citizens in this sector. The techniques used were surveys and observation, helping with greater sagacity to this investigative development. The base used is sociological since the subject is social and especially the technological foundation which allows us to develop the proposal of the subject. Carrying out multiple surveys to give us an idea of the impact of the incidents that the media have on the citizens of the “Gustavo Campi” sector. With this project underway, our communicators have the opportunity to work with greater responsibility and compliance with communication laws, without being ashamed of the lies that we sometimes ignore without realizing it and overwhelm ourselves with the use of new information technologies and Communication. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo de investigación tiene como propósito mejorar la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos del sector” Cooperativa Gustavo Campi”, Cantón Quevedo, provincia de los Ríos obteniendo que los ciudadanos de este sector tengan conocimiento de cómo utilizar los medios de comunicación para mantenerse en constante misiva con las noticias que se despliegan a diario dentro y fuera del país. El marco teórico se sostuvo en la investigación científica descriptiva, a la cual llamamos como investigación estadística, el cual nos ayuda a describir los datos y así poder mejorar la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos. Los tipos de investigación que se usaron son de carácter descriptivo y explicativo, de campo y de caso; la muestra fue la medición y observación debido a la cantidad de ciudadanos de este sector. Las técnicas empleadas fueron las encuestas y observación ayudando con mayor sagacidad a este desarrollo investigativo. La base utilizada es sociológica ya que el tema es social y en especial la fundamentación tecnológica la cual nos permite desarrollar la propuesta del tema. El realizar múltiples encuestas para darnos una idea del impacto de las incidencias que tienen los medios de comunicación en los ciudadanos del sector “Gustavo Campi”. Con este proyecto en marcha, nuestros comunicadores tienen la oportunidad de trabajar con mayor responsabilidad y cumplimiento de las leyes de comunicación, sin avergonzarse de las mentiras que a veces ignoramos sin darnos cuentas y nos abrumamos con el uso de las nuevas tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación. | es_ES |
