dc.descriptionThis project aims to present an analysis of the gastronomy and its impact on tourism development in the canton of El Empalme, through a micro evaluation was able to identify the current state of gastronomy and analyzed the current situation of the operation of tourist establishments where shortcomings were detected in the services provided to tourists in this way, proposals arise for the improvement of these and thus provide a better tourist service. Typical gastronomy is a very important point that identifies Empalmeños not only in its commercialization of products, but also in the way of culinary preparation that has ancestral traditions, this set of knowledge forms a cultural richness that influences the instant of going to the canton, where the typical gastronomy is offered extensively and the location of tourist attractions located attract the attention of tourists and therefore is visited again and again contributing to tourism development. The gastronomy is a very relevant point at the time of a tourist promotion, it gives way to identify a town, its culture, its culinary traditions, the present investigative work is carried out in the canton of El Empalme, Guayas province, a strategic sector for tourism because of the connection it has in its four roads that result in tourists from different cities of Ecuador who visit the canton for its various natural attractions, The ancestral gastronomic product was determined as part of the cultural manifestation of the canton of Empalme through direct observation and surveys of the population, which made known the typical food of the canton.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEste proyecto tiene como finalidad presentar un análisis de la gastronomía y su impacto en el desarrollo turístico, en el cantón El Empalme, por medio de una evaluación micro se logró identificar el estado actual de la gastronomia y se analizó la situación actual del funcionamiento de los establecimientos turísticos donde se detectaron falencias en los servicios que se brindan al turista de este modo, surgen propuestas para la mejora de estas y con ello brindar un mejor servicio turísticos. La gastronomía tipica es un punto bastante importante que identifica a los Empalmeños no solo en su comercialización de productos, además en la manera de preparación culinaria que tiene tradiciones ancestrales, este conjunto de saberes forma una riqueza cultural que influye al instante de ir a el cantón, en donde la gastronomía tipica es ofertada extensamente y la localización de atractivos turísticos ubicados llaman la atención del turista por consiguiente es visitada una y otra vez aportando al desarrollo turístico. La gastronomía es un punto muy relevante a la hora de una promoción turística da paso a identificar a un pueblo, su cultura, sus tradiciones culinarias, el presente trabajo investigativo se lleva a cabo en el cantón El Empalme provincias del guayas sector estratégico para el turismo por la conexión que tiene en sus cuatro vías que dan como resultado turistas de las diferentes ciudades del Ecuador que visitan el cantón por sus diversos atractivos naturales, el trabajo se dictamino el producto gastronómico ancestral como parte de la manifestación cultural del cantón empalme se determinó a través de observación directa y encuestas a la población , la cual dio a conocer la comida típica del cantón.es_ES
