| dc.description | This research work consists of the development plan and land use planning of El Empalme considering that it is a canton full of biodiversity that is located in the province of Guayas, with an area of 648.90 km. Therefore, the research aims to determine the impact of the development plan and its impact on the tourism sector. Given that the development plan and land use planning helps to organize the management of a territory for social, economic and environmental evolution for all involved. This will allow future planning on the actions that will be taken for the welfare of the territory and thus reach the proposed objective. Especially in the tourism sector that contributes to the economy of the canton. The methodology used is investigative, which allows us to collect all the information and analyze it, creating a formal criterion to answer the questions. From the surveys conducted we were able to obtain as a result that the development plan and land use planning has a good impact on the tourism sector. And in conclusion, the purpose is to organize, combine and make strategic decisions that are in agreement with the community for the development and quality of life, economic production and proper use of natural resources. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo investigativo consiste en el Plan de desarrollo y ordenamiento territorial de El Empalme considerando que es un cantón lleno de biodiversidad que se encuentra ubicado en la provincia del Guayas, con una extensión de 648,90 km. Por esto la investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la incidencia del plan de desarrollo y su incidencia en el sector turístico. Dado que el plan de desarrollo y ordenamiento territorial ayuda a ordenar la gestión de un territorio para la evolución social, económica y ambiental hacia todos los involucrados. Esto permitirá las planificaciones a futuro sobre las acciones que se irán tomando para el bienestar del territorio y de esta manera llegar al objetivo propuesto. En especial en el sector turístico que aporta a la economía del cantón. La metodología que se utilizo es investigativa la cual permite, recopilar toda la información y analizarla, creando un criterio formal para dar respuesta a las interrogantes. De las encuestas realizadas pudimos obtener como resultado que el plan de desarrollo y ordenamiento territorial tiene un buen impacto dentro del sector turístico. Y en conclusión el propósito es organizar, compaginar y tomar decisiones estratégicas que se estén de acuerdo junto a la comunidad para el desarrollo y su calidad de vida, la producción económica y el uso adecuado de los recursos naturales. | es_ES |
