dc.descriptionThe present research project on a vital aspect in the performance and administrative management of any company or organization, that is, the proactivity of employees as an essential component in the efficiency and work performance of their functions. For the La Unión Parish GAD, proactivity in its officials, especially the Secretaries, is paramount, since this attitude helps to improve performance in their activities and therefore to achieve the goals set by the company. The secretaries are, in the first instance, the image and entrance door in the departments or offices where they work, as well as contact with citizens. This study is carried out with the purpose of analyzing the incidence of administrative proactivity in work performance in the secretaries of the La Unión rural parish GAD in the period 2021-2022. The research is approached by compiling the needs that the Secretaries have to improve their environment. and job performance through the survey technique that has allowed us to find shortcomings and weaknesses of why there is no proactive behavior within the Institution. The results showed that the main cause lies in the motivation that is not properly managed by the Institution, so an action plan was proposed to strengthen the proactivity of the secretarial staff and thus improve their work performance. For all that this project contributes, its viability is feasible, directly benefiting the Secretaries through the heads and authorities who will be able to have more efficient employees in their administrative and management functions.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto de investigación trata sobre un aspecto vital en el desempeño y gestión administrativa de toda empresa u organización esto es, la proactividad de los empleados como componente indispensable en la eficiencia y desempeño laboral de sus funciones. Para el GAD Parroquial La Unión es primordial la proactividad en sus funcionarios en especial las Secretarias ya que esta actitud ayuda a un mejor rendimiento en sus actividades y por ende a alcanzar las metas fijadas por la empresa, las secretarias son en primera instancia, la imagen y puerta de entrada en los departamentos u oficinas donde laboran así también el contacto con la ciudadanía. Este estudio se realiza con la finalidad de Analizar la incidencia de la proactividad administrativa en el desempeño laboral en las secretarías del GAD parroquial rural La Unión en el período 2021-2022, La investigación se aborda recopilando las necesidades que tienen las Secretarias por mejorar su entorno y rendimiento laboral a través de la técnica de la encuesta que ha permitido encontrar falencias y debilidades del porqué no se tiene un comportamiento proactivo dentro de la Institución. Los resultados arrojaron que la principal causa radica en la motivación que no es manejada adecuadamente por la Institución por lo que se planteó un plan de acciones que permita fortalecer la proactividad del personal de secretarias y mejorar así su desempeño laboral. Por todo lo que aporta este proyecto, su viabilidad es factible beneficiando directamente a las Secretarias pasando por los jefes y autoridades quienes podrán disponer de empelados más eficientes en su función administrativa y de gestión.es_ES
