dc.descriptionThis case study will be developed in the Department of Coordination of the Bilingual Executive Secretariat career of the Technical University of Babahoyo, with the theme of social etiquette and its importance in job performance, it is aimed at the secretaries who work in said place. Its objective is to determine social etiquette and its importance in work performance in secretaries, that research used the deductive method because it starts from the general to the particular, recognizing concepts of social etiquette and its importance in work performance, as well as an instrument the survey was used to obtain results. In the results obtained, it was observed that the secretaries do not frequently receive training on how to practice social etiquette in their work environment, which, by not receiving, cannot perform their functions with updated knowledge and it is concluded that social etiquette is the way in which we must address society, obtaining adequate knowledge regarding our behavior, in which we will obtain greater security, it is extremely elementary, the important thing is to practice it constantly, it is also recommended that the institution carry out social etiquette programs as strategies to improve work performancees_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso se desarrolló en el departamento de Coordinación de la carrera Secretariado Ejecutivo Bilingüe de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo, con el tema etiqueta social y su importancia en el rendimiento laboral va dirigido a las secretarias que laboran en dicho lugar. Su objetivo determinar la etiqueta social y su importancia en el rendimiento laboral en las secretarias, aquella investigación se utilizó el método deductivo porque parte de lo general a lo particular, reconociendo conceptos del la etiqueta social y su importancia en el rendimiento laboral, además como instrumento se utilizó la encuesta para obtener resultados. En los resultados obtenidos se observó que las secretarias no reciben frecuentemente capacitaciones sobre como practicar la etiqueta social en su ámbito laboral las cuales, al no recibir, no pueden ejecutar sus funciones con conocimientos actualizados y se concluye que la etiqueta social es la forma en que debemos dirigirnos a la sociedad, obteniendo conocimientos adecuado en cuanto a nuestro comportamiento, en la cual obtendremos mayor seguridad, es sumamente elemental, lo importante es practicarlo constantemente, además se recomienda que la institución realice programas de etiqueta social como estrategias para mejorar el rendimiento laboral.es_ES
