dc.descriptionThe present investigation has as a main purpose, to analyze the consequences that cause the lack of document management within the educational unit "Eugenio Espejo" in the city of Babahoyo in order to improve the tools that help an effective attention of students and general population The incorrect organization of documents in the educational campus generates nonconformity by users who come to the educational center in search of documents for important procedures.Once the problem is identified, the causes that lead to identify itself as a problem is determined, for which methods were used as were quantitative, qualitative, descriptive, through a survey performed to users. In the results of the samples it was established that the bill in the organization of documents due to the little personal and lack of knowledge of the types of organization by administrative staff; The lack of information on the right places is another of the shortcomings presented by this educational campus, the documents that the urgency user needs is delivered but within a time that exceeds the limit, This results in the users feeling in need to ask for a platform with which the procedure performed in the institution may be less tired, for which the platform is taken with which the Technical University of Babahoyo has, which is named SAI, By means of which the documents requested thus the user would enjoy the first-class documentary organization on the part of the campus administrative.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tiene como fin principal, Analizar las consecuencias que ocasionan la carencia de administración de documentos dentro de la Unidad Educativa “Eugenio Espejo” en la ciudad de Babahoyo con el fin de mejorar las herramientas que ayuden a una eficaz atención de estudiantes y población en general. La incorrecta organización de documentos en el plantel educativo genera inconformidad por parte de los usuarios que acuden al centro educativo en busca de documentos para trámites importantes. Una vez identificado el problema se determinan las causas que conllevan al mismo a identificarse como una problemática, para lo cual se utilizó métodos como lo fueron el cuantitativos, descriptivo, mediante una encuesta realizadas a los usuarios. En los resultados de las muestras se estableció que la falencia en la organización de documentos debido al poco personal y escaso conocimientos de los tipos de organización por parte del personal administrativo; la falta de información en los sitios adecuados es otra de las falencias que presenta este plantel educativo, los documentos que el usuario de urgencia necesita son entregados pero dentro de un tiempo que excede el límite, Esto da como resultado que los usuarios se sientan en la necesidad de pedir que se instale una plataforma con la que se pueda ser menos cansoso el procedimiento realizado en la institución, para lo que se toma de ejemplo la plataforma con la que cuenta la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo el cual tiene por nombre SAI, mediante el cual se descargaría digitalmente los documentos solicitados así el usuario disfrutaría de organización documental de primera por parte de los administrativos del plantel.es_ES
