| dc.description | This case study aims to determine the incidence of verbal expression in the work performance of the secretary of the Educational Unit "June 23" of the Baba canton, whose purpose is to provide solutions to the case study. As we know, a secretary is a fundamental key in any company, and one of the qualities that a secretary must possess is an excellent verbal expression, which will allow efficient and clear communication, both with the boss, co-workers in the company to excellent job performance. The issue is of great importance today, that the secretary has an effective verbal expression, because she is the one who interacts with other people, and allows for a good quality of communication, and the ease of presenting ideas in a cordial manner. . The type of research that will be used in the case study is descriptive research, and the survey technique that allowed the interpretation and evaluation of her level of verbal expression within her work activities. And it was also taken from the observation technique that she used to analyze and interpret the information and draw new conclusions and the documentary consultation that obtained necessary information through different sources of information that showed information about the level of expression and job performance. According to the results obtained, the secretariat of the institution uses an adequate verbal expression within its work performance. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso pretende determinar la incidencia de la expresión verbal en el desempeño laboral de la secretaria de la Unidad Educativa “23 de junio” del cantón Baba, que tiene como propósito dar soluciones al estudio de caso. Como sabemos una secretaria es clave fundamental en toda empresa, y una de las cualidades que debe poseer la secretaria es una excelente expresión verbal, el cual permitirá que exista una comunicación eficiente y clara, tanto con el jefe, compañeros de trabajo en la empresa para un eficiente desempeño laboral. El tema es de gran importancia en la actualidad, que la secretaria tenga una efectiva expresión verbal, porque es la que interactúa con las demás personas, y permite que exista una buena calidad de comunicación, y la facilidad de exponer las ideas de manera cordial. El tipo de investigación que se utilizara en el estudio de caso es la investigación descriptiva, y la técnica de la encuesta que permitió la interpretación y evaluar su nivel de expresión verbal dentro de sus actividades laborales. Y también se utilizó de técnica la observación que permitió analizar e interpretar la información y sacar nuevas conclusiones y la consulta documental que permitió obtener información necesaria mediante diferentes fuentes de información que permitió conocer información acerca del nivel de expresión y el desempeño laboral. De acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos la secretaria de la institución emplea una adecuada expresión verbal dentro de su desempeño laboral. | es_ES |
