dc.description | This research whose objective is to elaborate an ancestral gastronomic inventory and with the cultural tourism of the Lago Agrio canton, province of Sucumbíos, where those procedures that must be executed are established, such as searching for the points of sale of ancestral gastronomy of the Lago Agrio canton; implement strategies that help us publicize the points of sale of typical dishes and publicize with advertising styles. It is presented as a feasible project that will solve and provide a gastronomic inventory and with them show the tourism of the sector as an initiative for small entrepreneurs to show and sell their gastronomy and adventure tourism. According to the number of inhabitants, working with a sample of 200 people among them, citizens and entrepreneurs, the results gave a list of the most representative food dishes of the place and showing each of its characteristics and prices to have greater knowledge for promote tourism to visitors and tourists. This research provided very important data to generate more tourism in the locality related to ancestral gastronomy and adventure tourism as a source of income for the Lago Agrio canton. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación cuyo objetivo es elaborar un inventario gastronómico ancestral y con el turismo cultural del cantón Lago Agrio, provincia de Sucumbíos, donde se establece aquellos procedimientos que se debe ejecutar tales como son buscar los puntos de expendio de gastronomía ancestral del cantón Lago Agrio; implementar estrategias de que nos ayuden a dar a conocer los puntos de expendio de platos típicos y dar a conocer con estilos de publicidad. Se presenta como un proyecto realizable que va a solucionar y brindar un inventario gastronómico y con ellos mostrar el turismo del sector como iniciativa para que los pequeños emprendedores muestren y vendas su gastronomía y turismo de aventura. De acuerdo al número de habitantes se determinó trabajar con una muestra de 200 personas entre ellas ciudadanos, turistas y emprendedores, los resultados dieron una lista de los platos de comida más representativos del lugar y mostrando cada una de sus características y precios para tener mayor conocimientos para potenciar el turismo a los visitantes y turistas. Esta investigación proporciono datos muy importantes para generar más turismo en la localidad con relaciona a la gastronomía ancestral y turismos de aventura como fuente de ingresos del cantón Lago Agrio. | es_ES |
