dc.descriptionParental abandonment is a problem that has been present for a long time, however, with the passing of days it is taking on a significant role in the lives of families, affecting infants and adolescents to a greater extent, where various affectations in the emotional, cognitive and social area. In the present research work, the case analysis of a 13-year-old adolescent student of the Juan Montalvo educational unit is proposed, starting from the objective which is to identify how parental abandonment influences the emotional state in the aforementioned adolescent. Initially, the patient comes to the clinic voluntarily, reports feelings of sadness, a feeling of emptiness, hopelessness, lack of interest in her daily activities and automatic thoughts. Regarding the evaluation of their condition, some psychological tests were applied to them; Beck's depression inventory, and the HTP projective test, which allows verifying the emotional state of the patient and knowing features of depression, likewise techniques were used to address the case study such as direct observation, clinical history, interview semi-structured, which allowed to reach a structural diagnosis (F34.1) persistent depressive disorder 300.4 according to the diagnostic criteria of the DSM-V. Finally, the intervention process in the patient was used through a cognitive-behavioral orientation, pointing out in a certain way, it had favorable and satisfactory results in his mental health.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl abandono parental, es una problemática que ha estado presente desde mucho tiempo, sin embargo, con el pasar de los días va tomando bastante protagonismo en la vida de las familias, afectando en mayor medida a los infantes y adolescentes, en donde pueden aparecer diversas afectaciones en el área emocional, cognitiva y social. En el presente trabajo de investigación, se propone el análisis de caso de una adolescente de 13 años de edad estudiante de la unidad educativa Juan Montalvo, partiendo del objetivo el cuál es identificar cómo influye el abandono parental en el estado emocional en la adolescente mencionada. Inicialmente, la paciente acude a consulta de forma voluntaria, refiere sentimientos de tristeza, sensación de vacío, desesperanza, desinterés por sus actividades cotidianas y pensamientos automáticos. Con respecto a la evaluación de su condición, se aplicaron algunos test psicológicos entre ellos; el inventario de depresión de Beck, y el test proyectivo HTP, lo que permite constatar el estado emocional de la paciente y conocer rasgos de depresión, así mismo se utilizaron las técnicas para abordar el estudio de caso como la observación directa, historia clínica, entrevista semiestructurada, las cuales, permitieron llegar a un diagnóstico estructural (F34.1) Trastorno depresivo persistente 300.4 según los criterios diagnósticos del DSM- V. Finalmente, se empleó por medio de una orientación cognitivo-conductual el proceso de intervención en la paciente, apuntando de cierta forma, hacía resultados favorables y satisfactorios en su salud mental.es_ES
