dc.descriptionCouple conflicts have taken power in recent years, people tend to normalize this type of behavior, but when symptoms appear at a cognitive, affective, social and somatic level, it is very likely that it is directed to a mental disorder. Reason for which, the present case study focuses on what thinking in an unrealistic way can be generated due to couple conflicts. The objective of the case study is to demonstrate how couple conflict affects the mental stability of a 26-year-old woman from the Babahoyo canton, Los Ríos province. For the investigation, an exhaustive search of verified information was carried out, with its respective bibliography, in addition to putting it into practice together with the patient, through psychotherapeutic sessions. Techniques and instruments were applied, which are detailed below: the semi-structured interview with its clinical history instrument and the psychometric test technique with its instruments: the Hamilton anxiety scale, the Rosenberg self-esteem scale and the characterological test. by Mauricio Gex. Which, together with the reason for consultation, showed a generalized anxiety disorder. Attached is a model of a psychotherapeutic scheme, specially prepared for the patient, through Aaron Beck's cognitive behavioral therapy.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLos conflictos de pareja, han tomado poder en estos últimos años, las personas tienden a normalizar este tipo de conductas, pero al momento de aparecer sintomatologías a nivel cognitivo, afectivo, social y somático, es muy probable que se direccione a un trastorno mental. Motivo por el cual, el presente estudio de caso se enfoca, en que pensar de una forma no realista puede generarse a causa de los conflictos de pareja. El objetivo del estudio de caso es demostrar cómo el conflicto de pareja incide en la estabilidad mental de una mujer de 26 años, del cantón Babahoyo, provincia de Los Ríos. Para la investigación se realizó una búsqueda exhaustiva de información verificada, con su respectiva bibliografía, además de llevarlo a la práctica en conjunto con la paciente, a través de sesiones psicoterapéuticas. Se aplicaron técnicas e instrumentos, los cuales se detallan a continuación: la entrevista semiestructurada con su instrumento de la historia clínica y la técnica del test psicométrico con sus instrumentos: la escala de ansiedad de Hamilton, la escala de autoestima de Rosenberg y el test caracterológico de Mauricio Gex. Los cuales, en unión con el motivo de consulta, arrojaron un trastorno de ansiedad generalizada. Se adjunta un modelo de esquema psicoterapéutico, especialmente elaborado para la paciente, a través del de la terapia cognitiva conductual de Aaron Beck.es_ES
