By means of a permanent merchandise inventory control system, the owner of the Auto Grupo Lozada company will be able to know in reality the rotation of each one of the products, they will also be able to know which are the most requested and based on what criteria to carry out a new request, in such a way that specific strategies can be extracted to take advantage of said situation; In the same way, it will indicate the products that are least sold so that techniques can be established so that their demand increases or simply that the company stops investing in that type of product since they do not help in the profitability of the business. The company must carry out inventory continuously in order to avoid physical and therefore monetary losses that affect its performance. This case study describes the problem that Auto Grupo Lozada is going through, the objectives that are expected to be achieved by applying inventory control and the justification for the project, as well as containing theoretical foundations that cover the main aspects of the inventory and the management system. internal control and the methodology and techniques used to perform this analysis, the results of the information obtained were also analyzed and interpreted, and the conclusions are described.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEn la actualidad, la globalización y el alto nivel de competencia han llevado a muchos dueños de empresas a buscar nuevos caminos de desarrollo para alcanzar una etapa de prosperidad y estabilidad económica, calidad y agilidad en los procesos para lograr los máximos resultados económicos. Por medio de un sistema de control de inventario permanente de mercadería el propietario de la empresa Auto grupo Lozada, podrá conocer en realidad la rotación de cada uno de los productos, podrá saber también cuáles son los más solicitados y en base a qué criterios realizar un nuevo pedido, de tal manera que se pueda extraer estrategias específicas para aprovechar dicha situación; de la misma manera indicará los productos que menos se venden para que se puedan establecer técnicas para que su demanda se incremente o sencillamente que la empresa deje de invertir es ese tipo de producto ya que no ayudan en la rentabilidad del negocio. La empresa debe realizar inventario de forma continua para de esta manera evitar pérdidas físicas y por ende monetarias que afectan con el rendimiento de la misma. En este estudio de caso se describe el problema que está atravesando Auto grupo Lozada, los objetivos que se espera lograr al aplicar el control de inventario y la justificación del proyecto, así mismo contiene fundamentación teórica que abarca los aspectos principales del inventario y del sistema de control interno y la metodología y técnicas que se usó para realizar este análisis, también se analizó y se interpretó los resultados de la información obtenida y se describen las conclusiones.es_ES
