The advancement of technology has been a great ally for journalists and other related professionals who have used social networks as an innovative instrument that allows for economic exchange and the ease of offering communication services. There are many professionals who have created information portals, information pages, blogs, and digital media. The advancement of digital media and digitization, in general, have led to the birth of new areas of interest, and with it, job opportunities that did not exist before. This study analyzed the economic difficulties faced by digital media, and the content they publish on social networks as means of communication to determine the niche to which they are directed to provide an alternative.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa pandemia del COVID-19, ha generado consecuencias económicas graves a nivel mundial que puso en inestabilidad a muchos profesionales en el ámbito laboral, los comunicadores han buscado implementar nuevas estrategias para generar ingresos y mantener un equilibrio económico. El avance de la tecnología ha sido un gran aliado para que periodistas y otros profesionales afines que hayan empleado las redes sociales como un instrumento innovador que permite lograr un intercambio económico y la facilidad para ofrecer servicios comunicacionales. Existen una gran cantidad de profesionales que han creado portales informativos, paginas informativas, blog, y medios de comunicación digital. El avance de los medios digitales y la digitalización en general han propiciado el nacimiento de nuevas áreas de interés, y con ello, oportunidades laborales que antes no existían. Este estudio analizó las dificultades económicas que enfrentan los medios digitales, y el contenido que publican en las redes sociales como medios de comunicación con la finalidad de determinar el nicho al que están dirigidos para poder dar una alternatividad.es_ES
