| dc.description | The title of this case study is: Planning Management in the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Zapotal Parish, which is based on evaluating through the survey how activities and work performance are being carried out, knowing the reality that is currently lived in its administration, if good planning is carried out at the time of carrying out its functions and in this way seek solutions that allow correcting the errors made. For this reason, the interest of analyzing this topic was born, which allowed us to know the effect of planning in the proper management of the administration of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Zapotal Parish and planning management was considered as the best strategy for the improvement of its services. Based on the results found in the investigation and according to the data obtained through the survey, this has allowed us to conclude adequately and based on the general objective of the case study; arriving to determine that the role that the planning management fulfills is based on correctly managing and administering the goals that have been established to fulfill within the Decentralized Autonomous Government of Zapotal through planning, this allows better coordination of the tasks for in this way obtain better results, that is, develop actions aimed at improving the Parish. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Este estudio de caso tiene como título: Gestión de Planificación en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de la Parroquia Zapotal que está basada en evaluar mediante la encuesta de qué forma se está llevando a cabo las actividades y desempeño laboral, conocer la realidad que se vive actualmente en su administración, si se lleva una buena planificación al momento de realizar sus funciones y de esta manera buscar soluciones que permitan corregir los errores cometidos. Por esta razón nació el interés de analizar este tema que nos permitió conocer el efecto de la planificación en el manejo adecuado de la administración del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de la Parroquia Zapotal y se planteó a la gestión de planificación como la mejor estrategia para el mejoramiento de sus servicios. En base a los resultados encontrados en la investigación y de acuerdo a los datos obtenidos a través de la encuesta esto ha permitido concluir adecuadamente y en función del objetivo general del estudio de caso; llegando a determinar que el rol que cumple la gestión de planificación se basa en gestionar y administrar de una forma correcta las metas que se han establecido cumplir dentro del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de Zapotal mediante la planificación, esto permite coordinar mejor las tareas para de esta manera obtener mejores resultados es decir desarrollar acciones destinadas a la mejora de la Parroquia. | es_ES |
