| dc.description | This research is based on recreational tourism and its impact on the socio-economic development of the city of Quevedo. The main objective is to analyze the tourism impact generated by the society in this city, through a research methodology, where research was conducted in order to obtain relevant information that satisfies my research problem. The results show that most people do not visit the recreational areas because there is not much security and also the lack of publicity, besides other reasons why they do not visit this area is the lack of money taking into account that this recreation center as well as other recreation centers are a great contribution to the economy of the country. We began with the development of the theoretical foundation, for which a search of the variables in the different available sources was carried out, to achieve the correct definition and from there start with the development of the case. In chapter one, the proposal for a tourism promotion strategy that will improve the number of visitors to the canton is presented, which will contribute to solve the problems by means of applicable strategies that will capture the interest of national and local tourists. Chapter two contains the situations detected, detailing the tourist sites in the city and the attractions of each one. The solutions proposed include a guide with clear information for tourists, as well as the conclusions and recommendations pertinent to the research. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación está basada en el turismo recreativo y su impacto en el desarrollo socio económico de la ciudad de Quevedo. El objetivo principal es analizar el impacto turístico que genera la sociedad en esta ciudad, a través de una metodología de investigación, donde se realizaron investigaciones para poder obtener información relevante que satisface a mi problema de investigación. Los resultados demuestran que la mayoría de las personas no visitan las áreas recreativas porque no existe mucha seguridad y también la falta de publicidad, además otras de las razones por las que no visitan esta área es la falta de dinero tomando en cuenta que este centro de recreación al igual que los demás centros de recreación son un gran aporte a la economía del país. Se inició con el desarrollo de la fundamentación teórica, para lo cual se realizó una búsqueda de las variables en las diferentes fuentes disponibles, para lograr la definición correcta y a partir de allí empezar con el desarrollo del caso. En el capítulo uno se puntualiza la propuesta de una estrategia de promoción turística que permita mejorar la afluencia de visitantes en el Cantón, la misma que contribuirá a solucionar los problemas, mediante estrategias aplicables, alcanzando captar el interés en los turistas nacionales y locales. En el capítulo dos constan las situaciones detectadas donde se detallan los lugares turísticos de la ciudad y los atractivos de cada uno, en las soluciones planteadas se presentó una guía con información clara para los turistas, además constan las conclusiones y recomendaciones pertinentes a la investigación. | es_ES |
