| dc.description | The question that arises about the influence that communicational assertiveness can have within online education creates new questions that open the way to this research, knowing the importance of assertiveness within intrapersonal relationships is essential for good development and academic training of students in the sixth semester of the Social Communication career at the Technical University of Babahoyo Quevedo extension. Contrasting the experiences of students within face-to-face and virtual education will be useful to expose the need of human beings to interact with others and generate communication links, these will be analyzed and interesting points are reached that potentially contribute to the collection of information both empirical and bibliographic. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La interrogante que se plantea sobre la influencia que puede tener la asertividad comunicacional dentro de la educación en línea crea nuevos cuestionamientos que abren paso a esta investigación, el conocer la importancia que tiene la asertividad dentro de las relaciones intrapersonales es fundamental para el buen desarrollo y formación académica de los estudiantes del sexto semestre de la carrera de Comunicación Social de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo extensión Quevedo. Contrastar las experiencias de los estudiantes dentro de la educación presencial y virtual servirá de utilidad para exponer la necesidad de los seres humanos de relacionarse con otros y generar vínculos comunicacionales, estos serán analizados y se llega a interesantes puntos que contribuyen potencialmente en la recolección de información tanto empírica como bibliográfica. | es_ES |
