dc.descriptionAt the beginning of 2020, a pandemic called “COVID-19” originated, without imagining that this would generate great changes worldwide; having to adapt from one moment to another to a new way of life, being affected several situations, especially the educational system. At the global level, confinement was taken as a measure so as not to risk everyone's health, so several institutions closed their facilities proceeding to a new mode of communication between teacher-student, making use of new techniques and technological tools. Zoom and Microsoft Teams, virtual platforms used for video calls; in which all the students are seeing and listening to what the teacher is teaching in his class, which comes to do almost the same as what he previously did in the face-to-face mode, the information transmitted is understandable with the help of the tools that these applications offers, although there are few cases in which communication fails; either due to problems or lack of technological resources. In the present investigation, it was analyzed and determined how Zoom and Microsoft Teams is an application in terms of teacher-student communication at La Maná Educational Unit. Using descriptive research as a method; either the interviews and surveys that allowed us to collect and obtain data.es_ES

dc.description.abstractA inicios del año 2020, se originó una pandemia llamada “COVID-19”, sin imaginarnos que esto iría a generar grandes cambios a nivel mundial; teniendo que adaptarnos de un momento a otro a una nueva forma de vida, viéndose afectado varias situaciones, en especial al sistema educativo. A nivel mundial se tomó como medida el confinamiento para no arriesgar la salud de todos, por lo que varias instituciones cerraron sus instalaciones procediendo a una nueva modalidad de comunicación entre docente-alumno, haciendo uso de nuevas técnicas y herramientas tecnológicas. Zoom y Microsoft Teams, plataformas virtuales utilizadas para video llamadas; en la cual todo el estudiantado está viendo y escuchando lo que el docente está impartiendo en su clase, que viene hacer casi lo mismo a lo que anteriormente hacía en la modalidad presencial, la información que transmite es entendible con ayuda de las herramientas que estas aplicaciones ofrece, aunque existe pocos casos en los que falla la comunicación; ya sean por problemas o faltas de recursos tecnológicos. En la presente investigación, se analizó y se determinó el cómo Zoom y Microsoft Teams es una aplicación en cuanto a la comunicación entre docente-alumno de la Unidad Educativa La Maná. Utilizando como método, la investigación descriptiva; ya sean las entrevistas y encuestas lo que nos permitió la recolección y obtención de datos.es_ES
