It is for this reason that the 17-year-old adolescent was given psychological assistance consisting of four sessions, with necessary tools such as the interview, the medical history and the Hamilton anxiety test, allowing the collection of information to be able to elaborate a possible diagnosis, having as a basis for manuals such as the ICD10 and DSM-V which allowed to identify the disorder of 300.02 (F41.1). Generalized anxiety disorder, which is why it was considered of vital use to use cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, in order to improve their anxiety symptoms, ensure that the patient does not isolate himself and manages to relate to his peers in addition to working on the roles within of home. Research that had favorable results thanks to the collaboration of the patient who was collaborative, attentive and punctual to the psychological interviews, in which it was possible to identify that the patient with the applied techniques has managed to reduce his anxious symptoms and has returned to taking small activities in which it requires relating to others.es_ES
