dc.descriptionThrough this case study, a problem that has been detected in the Credifacil warehouse is exposed, it refers to internal communication and its impact on the work environment in the aforementioned company located in the Montalvo canton. This research is aimed at determining how the management of internal communication, whether formal or informal, can alter the harmony of the work environment in an institution, generating effects on both the interpersonal relationships of the collaborators and the productivity of the company. For the development of this study, an objective vision of the problem is carried out, addressing the theoretical support of the aspects that intervene, this is done with the aim of having a comprehensive vision of the issue raised. It is important to mention that this problem occurs in organizations that lack internal regulations to regulate the flow of the information they handle, and that, in addition, lack methods to know the perception of employees about the work environment. Likewise, bibliographic sources were investigated to raise the various edges of the problem through the type of descriptive research; at the same time, with the survey technique, information on the development of the events inside the warehouse was learned, since a questionnaire was asked to do so. Finally, thanks to the analysis of the findings obtained, it was possible to conclude with the reasons for the root of the problem, which allowed issuing recommendations with the aim that the relevant authorities develop practical workshops so that internal communication strategies are applied within the institution.es_ES

dc.description.abstractPor medio del presente estudio de caso se expone una problemática que se ha detectado en el almacén Credifacil, la misma se refiere a la comunicación interna y su incidencia en el clima laboral en la menciona empresa ubicada en el cantón Montalvo. Esta investigación está orientada a determinar cómo el manejo de la comunicación interna, ya sea formal o informal, puede alterar la armonía del clima de trabajo en una institución generando afectaciones tanto para las relaciones interpersonales de los colaboradores como para la productividad de la empresa. Para el desarrollo de este estudio se realiza una visión objetiva de la problemática abordando la sustentación teórica de los aspectos que intervienen, esto se realiza con el objetivo de tener una visión integral del tema planteado. Es importante mencionar que esta problemática se presenta en las organizaciones que carecen de normativas internas para regularizar el flujo de la información que manejan, y que, además, carecen de métodos para conocer la percepción de los empleados sobre el clima laboral. Asimismo, se investigó en fuentes bibliográficas para plantear las diversas aristas del problema mediante el tipo de investigación descriptiva; a la vez, con la técnica de la encuesta se llegó a conocer información sobre el desarrollo de los hechos al interior del almacén pues se planteó un cuestionario de preguntan para lograr aquello. Finalmente, gracias al análisis de los hallazgos recabados se pudo concluir con las razones de la raíz del problema lo que permitió emitir recomendaciones con el afán de que las autoridades pertinentes desarrollen talleres prácticos para que se apliquen estrategias de comunicación interna dentro de la institución.es_ES
