dc.descriptionhe present case study focuses on determining the influence of organizational behavior on the business growth of the florence farm in the cacao plant area the study was carried out through descriptive research and its subsequent analysis, which allowed us to know the characteristics of the variables to investigate, and be aware of the current situation of the agricultural estate, allowing to establish the pertinent solutions taking the necessary corrections, to visualize the success and business growth of the company. to carry out this research, the survey is used as an instrument to carry out the research, which is applied to the people involved in the organization, in this case its administrator, secretary and plant manager. in such a way that organizational behavior is considered as a set of systematic operations that will be applied from activities such as the skill of the model to be used, data collection, detection of problems, encouraging staff, evaluation of results, that is, actions that allow the identification of the problem and the establishment of results with the sole purpose of improving human relations, the business economy and the execution of correct leadership, leading the company to unbeatable growthes_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso se enfoca en determinar la influencia del comportamiento organizacional en el crecimiento empresarial de la hacienda agrícola Florencia del recinto mata de cacao El estudio se efectuó mediante la investigación descriptiva y su posterior análisis, misma que permitió conocer las características de las variables a investigar, y estar al tanto de la situación actual de la hacienda agrícola, permitiendo establecer las soluciones pertinentes tomando los correctivos necesarios, para visualizar el éxito y crecimiento empresarial de la empresa. Para llevar a cabo esta investigación se toma como instrumento para realizar la investigación la encuesta, que es aplicada a las personas involucradas en la organización en este caso su administrador, secretario y jefe de planta. De tal manera que se considere al comportamiento organizacional como un conjunto de operaciones sistemáticas que se van aplicar a partir de actividades como la destreza de modelo a utilizar, recopilación de datos, detección de problemas, alentar al personal, valoración de resultados, es decir acciones que permitan la identificación del problema y el establecimiento de resultados con el único fin de mejorar relaciones humanas, la economía empresarial y la ejecución de un correcto liderazgo, llevando a la empresa a un inmejorable crecimiento.es_ES
