dc.descriptionThe fundamental objective of the case study is to determine the contribution that the collaborative culture has to generate an adequate administrative management in the BanEcuador Financial Institution of the Vinces canton, it is convenient to specify that, the adaptation of this type of culture allows the institutions public, as well as private, are directed in a collaborative and committed environment, and at the same time directing all their efforts towards the achievement of common objectives. In order for the investigation to have been effective, various techniques were used to collect information, reciprocally, a careful observation of the factors and aspects that intervene in each of the entity's departments began, on the other hand, the ease of detailing each one of the pertinent points that take place in each of the variables, without leaving aside the most essential part that is the problem, all this could be developed by the type of descriptive research that was used. The application of the survey to 5 secretaries of the entity with a questionnaire of 8 questions corresponding to the investigative variables gave access to obtain more real data on the problem. In short, the results of the study suggest that organizations that follow an innovative collaboration model have higher productivity, because the organizational culture requires that officials have an effective relationship and communication so that the processes are carried out in a coordinated manner, in effect, establish an adequate administrative management.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl estudio de caso tiene como objetivo fundamental determinar el aporte que tiene la cultura colaborativa para generar una adecuada gestión administrativa en la Entidad Financiera BanEcuador del cantón Vinces, es conveniente especificar que, la adaptación de este tipo de cultura permite que las instituciones públicas, como privadas se direccionen en un ambiente colaborativo y de compromiso, y a su vez orientando todos sus esfuerzos en el logro de los objetivos en común. Para que la investigación haya resultado efectiva, se emplearon diversas técnicas para recabar información, recíprocamente, se inició realizando una observación minuciosa de los factores y aspectos que intervienen en cada uno de los departamentos de la entidad, por otro lado, la facilidad para detallar cada uno de los puntos pertinentes que tienen lugar en cada una de las variables, sin dejar de lado la parte más imprescindible que es la problemática, todo esto se pudo desarrollar por el tipo de investigación descriptiva que se empleó. La aplicación de la encuesta a 5 secretarias de la entidad con un cuestionario de 8 preguntas correspondientes a las variables investigativas dio acceso a obtener datos más reales de la problemática. En definitiva, los resultados del estudio dan a entender que las organizaciones que siguen un modelo innovador de colaboración tienen mayor productividad, debido a que, la cultura organizacional necesita que los funcionarios tengan una relación y comunicación efectiva para que los procesos se realicen de forma coordinada, y en efecto, establecer una adecuada gestión administrativa.es_ES
