| dc.description | This case study tries to make known the incidence produced by the use of the telework modality, and, in addition, the use of technological tools (ICT) in the administrative area of a public institution. Today, worldwide, companies seek to improve their work performance and the proper use of their organizational resources. Due to this need, "teleworking" is implemented, in the face of a health emergency. The aforementioned case study was carried out in the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Isidro Ayora canton, with the topic: Implementation of telework and its incidence in the administrative area of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Isidro Ayora canton. The objective of this research is to analyze the results in the absence of knowledge in all personnel of the administrative area, firstly, the structuring of the theoretical framework is based on consultations to bibliographic texts, scientific journals where relevant necessary information was found that allowed to validate and sustain the theoretical framework. On the other hand, the qualitative methodology was used, therefore, the interview technique was developed by means of a questionnaire of questions to the mayor of said institution to obtain accurate information about the problem. It also allowed us to draw conclusions and issue recommendations. According to the information obtained in the development of the research, it is found that it is useful to maintain adequate training for administrative personnel, about the handling of virtual instruments and tools that facilitate us to know the use, the advantages and disadvantages that this professional tool provides, teleworking, having the benefit of the productivity of the staff of the administrative departments. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso trata de dar a conocer la incidencia que produce el uso de la modalidad del teletrabajo, y, además, el empleo de las herramientas tecnológicas (TIC) en el área administrativa de una institución pública. En la actualidad a nivel mundial las empresas buscan mejorar su rendimiento laboral y el uso adecuado de sus recursos organizacionales, debido a esta necesidad se implementa el “teletrabajo”, ante la emergencia sanitaria. El mencionado estudio de caso se realizó en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del cantón Isidro Ayora, con el tema: Implementación del teletrabajo y su incidencia en el área administrativa del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del cantón Isidro Ayora. El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar los resultados a la ausencia de conocimiento en todo personal del área administrativa, primeramente, la estructuración del marco teórico está basada en consultas a textos bibliográficos, revistas científicas donde se encontró información necesaria relevante que permitió validar y sustentar el marco teórico. por otra parte, se utilizó la metodología cualitativa, por lo tanto, se desarrolló la técnica de la entrevista por medio de un cuestionario de preguntas al alcalde de dicha institución para obtener información certera acerca de la problemática. También nos permitió hacer las conclusiones y emitir recomendaciones. De acuerdo a la información obtenida en el desarrollo de la investigación se constata que es útil mantener la capacitación adecuada al personal administrativo, acerca del manejo de instrumentos y herramientas virtuales que nos faciliten conocer el uso, de las ventajas y desventajas que brinda esta herramienta profesional, el teletrabajo, teniendo como beneficio la productividad del personal de los departamentos administrativos. | es_ES |
